“The relationships between the members of your families have been changing considerably for some time now, which amongst other things is linked to the worldwide transformation process and the concomitant changes in your society. Many of the old, set structures are finally breaking up now, because they are not in keeping with the time quality and the true needs of the humans.

Since rigid power structures still prevail in some families, the new kind of interaction represents a big challenge for many people. The time has come to learn to see each other affectionately and understandingly and to realise that every family member was born with different abilities and a different life plan. It is not about keeping a consistent facade outwardly, but about supporting each other and showing understanding if someone wants to develop and discover his/her personality and thus does not fit into the former family pattern anymore.

Your children are not supposed to be pressed into a family structure, but you should let them become individual personalities, with all the talents and abilities inherent to them but also with all the learning themes they have brought with them into this life, namely those so-called ‘unpleasant’ characteristics every human being possesses in order to be able to grow with them and to develop humanly and spiritually.

Another important aspect is that family members mirror each other in order to become more aware of themselves either through the others or by their reaction. By doing so, a family member learns to understand himself/herself, to refine himself/herself, but also to experience that they are allowed to be who they are. However, this should not be used as an excuse when someone behaves inappropriately. Therefore, respect each other’s boundaries and deal with each other affectionately.

The time is ripe for you to develop and act on your individuality. After all, diversity is important! A diversity of individuals who live and represent all aspects of divine creation. The time has truly come to realise this. Think of it when you bring up your children or when you do not feel comfortable within the boundaries set by your families anymore. Then it is important to change those boundaries or to redefine them. All of this can take place by means of love and understanding, it does not need aggressions, and it also works without ‘ego games’! The spiritual world is by your side and supports you. You have already made so many positive changes. Just keep on following the path you have chosen!”

As people of the 21st century live in a time where huge advancements in technology, science and research are coupled with a strong drive for power and success. But, almost simultaneously, we long more and more for a return to our true nature, our essence and therefore for a spirituality that is an innate part of our soul.

Many of us want close and direct communication with the spiritual world, a return to heavenly realms while on earth, without subjugation to already established rules, laws or so called “truths”. Humanity is awakening to a new consciousness that has never been lived in quite the same way.

Through the help of our spiritual allies, like angels, Ascended Masters, or other benevolent beings we are offered new and exciting opportunities for spiritual and personal growth.

“Greetings, dear ones! Both your human and family co-existence are constantly subject to change. While former times were mainly characterised by extended families and family groups, nowadays individuality, namely the way of life of every individual, is more and more foregrounded. To be embedded in a family or extended family might give you a feeling of solidarity, but you should not underestimate the fact that by doing so you heavily live in the energies and emotions of other people and thereby could be trapped inside your family structures. Therefore, it is necessary to find a healthy distance and to strike a balance between too much limitedness, closeness and dependence on the one hand and isolation and self-centredness on the other hand.

If problems that are connected to old patterns of behaviour, old roles or traditions happen to emerge in your life, take a step back and try to look at the situation from some distance. Try to make out whose theme is being acted out, if it is your own or if it originates in your family of origin. It frequently needs only one family member to come to a crucial realisation and change his/her perspective. Thereby, the morphogenetic field, i.e. this family’s field of consciousness, realigns itself; after all, all of you are connected energetically – and mostly also karmically. Thus, it sometimes only needs one person to pull the edge of the carpet so that it gets into the right position.

If the shoe fits, wear it! It does not always need big exterior ‘actions’, like family therapy or family constellations, because your consciousness is frequently already so high and at the same time sensitive that it reacts to every change. Be aware that you can change things both on a large and a small scale, realign structures and expand your consciousness merely by intending to do so. This can be actuated by means of meditation, through a reorientation of your personality or through conversations within the family.

Even if the other family members are not always able or want to understand that changes are necessary … if they are for the good of all and are considered to be important and indispensable by your spiritual helpers, then you will be supported from this higher plan. However, do not worry about how something like that could come to pass, just be ready! After all, while you are still pondering over them, the transformation processes are mostly already underway. We are always at your side!”

Hardly anybody today has NOT noticed that humanity is undergoing a huge transformation on many levels of consciousness.

It really pops up everywhere, with small things as well as with big things and we encounter it every day. Our world is not the same anymore – you only have to go back a few years to observe the drastic change that has come about and affects people all over the world. So, of course there is friction, because it is in the nature of the transformational process that things get stirred up – it most certainly isn’t just smooth sailing.

Concerning our physical bodies we can also notice that people are dealing with symptoms that, increasingly, cannot be treated anymore with traditional methods alone, or even alternative medicine, for that matter. This is the case when blockages and problems originate from a significantly higher frequency level of information. What we need to think about here is that such cases require a physician or a therapist that matches the consciousness of the patient, and, additionally, new spiritual tools that can complement any healthcare.

“At this moment in time, it is especially important that you develop and display a mental flexibility. After all, everything that has been good, right and significant up to now could be called into question by the intensity of the currently prevalent transforming energies. This particularly affects your old maxims and principles that have hitherto been important to you in your life. Now, all of them are put to the test and you are able to discern if they in fact still seem appropriate to you or if you merely adopted them without question and thought from somebody else and internalised them at some point of time.

This already brings us to the next point, namely accepting the opinion of others. You should realise and learn that other people’s opinion counts just as much as your own, even if it is absolutely contrary to yours. It is not about verbally prevailing over others, but about communicating what is important and near and dear to you in a loving way, while at the same time listening to and respecting your counterpart’s stance. You get to realise that there is not only one truth but that the so-called truth has many facets and aspects, which is why it is self-evident that yours only constitutes a partial aspect of it.

Do not struggle against situations that threaten to throw you off track and do not fight them. (We know that it is difficult for your human intellect to accept that!) Instead, try to accept and embrace them as best as you can. With this we do not mean that you have to put up with everything or give up hope, but that you should not rise up against the energies of the occasion. Consciously try to stay in the here and now and do not allow your thoughts to stray too far into the future. Endeavour to centre yourself again and again and only focus on your next step.

It may also be a great help to control your anxious and negative thoughts and to replace them with positive ones, even though this might seem unrealistic to you in the respective situation. But this has got nothing to do with sugarcoating or suppression, but it can actually help you to activate an undreamt-of potential in you.

Finally, we would like to remind you of the fact that we are always by your side! We, the angels and Ascended Masters. We knew of the special events of this time just as you did before you entered this life. You currently are in a very important phase of the spiritual ascension of humanity, which has already taken a positive alignment. Even if those changes are still superimposed by negative messages at this point of time: Be sanguine and maintain your confidence as best as you can! We are with you!”

“Greetings, I am Archangel Anthriel, and today I would like to give you new food for thought concerning breatharianism and light medicine. You people have concerned yourself with the phenomenon of light for some time, namely in the context of your human existence. Many of you have already realised that matter is nothing else than condensed energy, i.e. condensed light. Everything that exists around you consists of light, even though you may not be able to imagine that you can ‘touch’ light in the form of matter. But it is the reality, and you gradually figure out how it is structured and how it works. And as soon as you are willing to understand and accept that your physical world is a condensed subtle world, you will be able to benefit from this circumstance.

There are a few people who already subsist on light exclusively. Of course, they are called tricksters or liars and sneered at by the majority of people. Those sceptics, however, only bring the material level into focus and leave everything out of consideration that light can effect on the subtle level.

Reflect on this: what does your food actually constitute from a spiritual point of view? What do you think? Food is nothing else than a physical storage space for information like vitamins and minerals, which you humans need to survive. It is the information in those foodstuffs that ‘nourish’ your somatic cells and your DNA, not the food itself. If this were not so, you would not have to excrete both the solid and the liquid food again, because then your body would absorb and process the food fully.

Well, you are of the opinion that the food you take in is broken down and that the contents or messenger substances are absorbed by your body. It is true that they are broken down, they are segmented, but what your body ultimately needs are the subtle vibrations and information that the messenger substances contain. Of course, this also holds true for your vitamins and minerals, because they are also bound to physical carriers. However, in reality, all you need is the information, the impulses, or the vibrations of the vitamins and minerals, and not the pills and juices themselves as you know them, because they are only the means of transport.

Let’s go the extra mile. What do you think is meant by the so-called light medicine? It is nothing else than information for your somatic cells and your DNA. Homeopathy and bioresonance therapy follow a similar track. They as well use information for the body that merely exists in the form of vibrations, resonance patterns, or impulses for the somatic cells.

The higher your physical, subtle and light bodies vibrate, the higher ‘light food’ and ‘light medications’ need to vibrate in the future in order to have any effect at all. However, by vibration height we do not mean the potencies and high potencies you know from homeopathy, but the spiritual frequencies that are supposed to be stored in the light resources.

It is crucial in which dimension this information originates. If the light resources are derived from the plant our crystal world or if they only contain colour vibrations, they originate in so-called near-Earth dimensions. If they only contain pure light and universal love, they originate in ‘far-Earth’ cosmic, interdimensional worlds. That means, they originate in the lightful layers of the universe and thus in a very high level of consciousness. They exclusively contain spiritual information, as it is already contained in certain symbols and essences of the angels and Ascended Masters.

I hope that I have been able to explain to you these complex relationships intelligibly, because frequently putting interdimensional knowledge into simple human words also poses a challenge to us angels. Farewell!”

“Greetings, my dears, I am Archangel Bariel. I have not come to moralise but to sensitise you. Your Planet Earth has fair amounts of natural resources and food in store for you, everything you need in order to survive or even live carefree. All the people would be provided for and nobody would have to go hungry if you respected, used and distributed the resources of Earth with the appropriate awareness.

But greed, which has a hold on many people, causes material imbalance inside your society and your people. It is fuelled by the mass media that lead you to believe that you can have anything and that only a small or even no return is demanded of you. Only rarely do you think about the fact that with cheap products, for instance clothing articles, there is always someone in the production line who falls by the wayside energetically or financially. Frequently it is women and children, but in many cases also men, who mine raw materials and produce materials for mass production that you get cheap or for free for inhumane wages and often under health-damaging circumstances. Most of it ends up at your waste disposal sites before long.

Energy cannot get lost inside a self-contained system but is converted into other kinds of energy. This is a physical law that everyone of you is familiar with and has understood. What does that mean in connection with your collective greed? Those of you who waste and strip the planet Earth of energy and resources in excess create a vacuum or a deficit in another area in doing so. On the one side products are piled up, and on the other side people are engulfed in misery.

The collective greed for ever more, ever cheaper and if possible free products especially in the highly-developed industrial countries produces adverse effects! This not only manifests itself in an imbalance of giving and taking but also in irreverence towards and lack of respect for the achievements, abilities and the exertions of other people.

On your Planet Earth everything would exist in abundance, and you could live in divine affluence if you were mindful of the appreciation and reasonable use of your resources. Nobody would have to die of hunger and there would be no environmental disasters. Instead, a rash of plastic waste is floating around in the oceans, water contaminated with radiation washes around your coasts and finds its way into your soil via rain. How long this is going to continue? That depends on your change in awareness that gradually gets under way. It is my duty to support you in your human and spiritual development, and therefore I am closer to you than ever before. “Greetings, we are the ‘Angels for Vigor and Success’! We made ourselves known under this name some time ago, but our cosmic name is an entirely different one. However, we circumscribe it with human words because you would not be able to make sense of our interdimensional names.

You humans associate success with the attaining of defined objectives, certain goals or visible results. But have you ever given thought to the possibility that ‘success’ could also refer to something entirely different? For instance, happiness and contentment? These are two modes of being you can neither enforce nor acquire through work! Of course, you need to make a contribution so that happiness and contentment can be admitted into your life. But how many of you are frequently unhappy and discontent because they have another conception of success?

As soon as you begin to detach the term ‘success’ from material values, you will understand even better what we mean by it. Success can involve having found one’s life task, resting in the core of one’s being or leaving a lightful trace in the lives of others.

Perhaps – from a human point of view – your endeavours are not always crowned with success. But when you consider yourself and your efforts in a bigger context, you will realise that sometimes it already is the encounters with other people, your words and gestures, that affect them and spark off something positive.

Or maybe it is your energy field and your vibrations that transform other people, sites and places energetically. This counts as success as well! Detach yourselves from your too narrow perception and try to perceive your being from a higher plane. Then you will go through life happier and more contented! We support you in doing so!”

“Perfection and striving after completeness are values that are very common among you people on Earth; maybe they are even more frequent in the so-called industrial countries than anywhere else. At this juncture, many of you are aspiring after becoming “even better” and “more perfect”. You set the standard where mass media have already influenced you subconsciously by demanding high standards of perfection without you having noticed it. It is about the perfect looks, the perfect face, the perfect outfit, the perfect posture, the perfect job, the perfect house, the perfect car, the perfect relationship, the perfectly planned party, or the perfectly well-bred children …

What does perfection mean? Have you ever tried to get to the bottom of it? Who defines perfection? Who assesses it? In what way does it enhance your life?

Indeed, nature offers a lot of examples for what perfection amounts to because nature is a master of perfection. Nevertheless, especially in nature one can observe that the imperfect has its place just like the perfect, if not more so. Therefore, I would like to ask you if the imperfect might not possess even more quality or at least another quality than the perfect?

Think of a child who is knitting a scarf for its mother. As yet it is inexpert and the result turns out accordingly. However, does this matter to its mother? On the contrary, her child’s love which is inextricably linked with the scarf is much more valuable to her. Or think of the quality of a self-made cake compared to a perfectly looking frozen cake from the supermarket. Even though the self-made one might not be perfect from a visual point of view, you are sure to taste the difference.

You are asking what my point is? I would like to invite you to stand by your imperfections in order to alleviate the stress stemming from your high expectations. Moreover, insecurity, poor self-esteem, or the silent wish for being loved are often hid away behind perfection. Once you have realised that, you will discover an entirely different, new quality in the imperfect which might even enrich your life! Therefore, stick by your imperfections and enjoy your life!
