¡SED PLENAMENTE RESPONSABLES DE VUESTRAS VIDAS! Un mensaje espiritual de los Ángeles para la Autorresponsabilidad Absoluta

¡Saludos! Aunque creáis conocer la verdad y la realidad, ¡estáis a años luz de ella! Esto puede sonar cínico; en cualquier caso, queremos recordaros que el pensamiento humano solo puede abarcar una pequeña parte del conjunto. A la hora de manejar vuestras relaciones con los demás también creéis saber lo que es bueno y malo, correcto e incorrecto.

Confiad en nosotros cuando os decimos que vuestro pensamiento está muy lejos de la realidad divina. Vuestras convenciones sociales e interpersonales, vuestras leyes y normas han sido creadas por seres humanos que, por desgracia, tienen una conciencia divina poco desarrollada  —y aun así dictan vuestras leyes—. Estas personas han alcanzado posiciones de poder al acumular conocimiento; otras veces incluso por conspirar  y hacer un uso premeditado del poder.

Por eso, vuestro objetivo en la vida es ser fieles a vuestros principios, sin importar lo que los demás piensen de vosotros, sin importar que os juzguen. Si queréis crecer espiritualmente, debéis actuar, pensar y tomar decisiones con total autorresponsabilidad. Vosotros sois los únicos en ‘’juzgaros’’, aunque esta palabra no expresa con precisión lo que queremos transmitir. Daros cuenta una vez más de que existe una barrera lingüística entre nuestro mundo y la mente humana.

Sed plenamente responsables de vosotros mismos y de vuestras vidas. Seguimos insistiendo en esto porque es algo esencial en vuestro camino de perfeccionamiento personal. ¡Es un placer apoyaros!

‘No matter what the others think of you!’ An Angel message for you

‘Greetings, dear ones! We are an Angels group supporting absolute self-Responsibility. You think you know reality and truth, although you are light years away! This might sound cynical, however we would like to remind you that human thinking can only understand a tiny part of the big picture. Also in dealings and relationships with other people you seem to know what is good or bad, right or wrong.

Believe us, your thinking is often far away from divine reality. What your interpersonal and social principles, standards, regulations or laws tell you, has been created by men. Unfortunately, often by men whose divine consciousness is not wonderfully developed. But it is still them who make your laws. Many of them have reached positions through accumulation of knowledge, sometimes even through intrigues or the targeted use of power.

Therefore, the aim in your life is to stand up for yourself, no matter what the others think of you or how they judge you. If you want to develop spiritually, you have to act, think and decide with absolute self-responsibility. You are the only person to ‘judge’ you, although this word does not exactly express what we mean. You can see that there is again a language barrier between our worlds and human thinking.

Take responsibility for yourself and your life. We keep saying this, as it is an essential skill on the path to your personal Mastery. We are happy to support you!’

ANETTE KEUCHEL. WHEN WOMEN CHANGE THE WORLD

The RESTLOS GLÜCKLICH looks like a typical Berlin in-restaurant: damaged walls and tables in retro-look. Menus handsomely written on black slate boards, by Anette Keuchel, reveal what chef Daniel is just preparing in the kitchen: beetroot soup, homemade gnocchi in parsnip and carrot sauce, avocado chocolate brownies, with banana and soya mayo. (1)

The 39 year-old Berliner avoids wasting food both in her private and professional life. Some weeks ago, with others she opened Berlin’s first leftover restaurant. She only uses food that has been rejected by supermarkets, or farmers: crooked carrots, speckled bananas, or apples with blemishes.

The expression ‘food from rubbish’ makes her feel uneasy as she is aware that companies which she cooperates with do not voluntarily dispose of the food, and look for constructive solutions. For her it is very important not only to save food in her project, but also to make people rethink. Because, only in Germany, about 18 million tons of food end up in the rubbish every year, 7.2 tons from private households.

In RESTLOS GLÜCKLICH guests can experience how accidentally purchased and happily mixed together ingredients make delicious meals. Anette hopes to influence her customers positively. Maybe people are encouraged to be more aware when they choose their next purchase, or develop more creativity when looking in the fridge the next time.

Incidentally, Anette’s idea is the result of a holiday in Denmark. She discovered the restaurant RUB & STUB in Copenhagen which used food that otherwise would only have decayed. With friends and activists from the food-sharing scene she developed a business plan, and started a crowdfunding-campaign.

This inspirational woman herself still works part-time as a foreign language correspondent. Only the chef Daniel, the manageress, and the event manager, are employed full time. Everybody else works there in a voluntary capacity. If you want to change the world you need enthusiasm and passion. And that type of person is on the increase. Even if pessimists suggest otherwise.

Anette Keuchel, 39, opened the first German leftover restaurant in Berlin-Neukölln, the ‘Restlos glücklich’ (Kienitzer Str. 22).  The mother of two daughters (aged three and seven) works there in a voluntary capacity alongside her part-time job as a foreign language correspondent. What she most enjoys is serving at tables and chatting with the guests.

Spiritual help with exhaustion and burn-out of HIGHLY SENSITIVE people

You can split exhaustion and burn-out of highly sensitive people into four different areas:

the physical

the emotional

the social and

the intellectual area.

PHYSICAL BURN-OUT

Many highly sensitive people know this because their bodies are exhausted more quickly than those of normally sensitive people. They are more likely to be in stress situations, and therefore, release adrenaline and cortisol more often (or constantly). On the subtle level, the body-energy-system can find support through the vibrations of the ANGEL AURA ESSENCE ARCHANGEL URIEL.

EMOTIONAL BURN-OUT

It often happens to highly sensitive people when they feel an emotional lack of interest in certain situations in life or actions because they seem too tiresome or difficult. Creéis que la única forma de vivir la espiritualidad  es a través de meditaciones; algunos incluso pensáis que solo es posible experimentar la ‘‘verdadera espiritualidad‘‘ después de la muerte. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Es normal que al vivir en el programa uno paséis del plano físico al plano espiritual,  ya que os sentís como en casa en ambos mundos.

Cuanto más progreséis en vuestro camino de evolución espiritual, con más fuerza experimentaréis esto. Llegará el día en que las experiencias espirituales serán tan naturales para vosotros como comer y lavaros los dientes. La chispa de conciencia espiritual que hay en vuestro interior se hará más fuerte y os permitirá acercaros más y más a lo que realmente sois. Aumentarán vuestras experiencias espirituales fuera del cuerpo en esta encarnación, y no hará falta que abandonéis la Tierra para ello.

Ahora estáis integrando la espiritualidad en vuestro día a día, y en un futuro no muy lejano, vuestra vida terrenal y vuestra espiritualidad se conectarán de forma inseparable. Llegará el día en el que seréis Maestros, en el que abandonaréis la rueda de las reencarnaciones tras haber aprendido todo lo que nos hace humanos. ‘One day you will leave the circle of reincarnation!’ An Angel message for you

‘Greetings, dear ones! We are an Angel Group for Integration of Spirituality. You often look for your spirituality on the outside, instead of inside yourself. You reckon you can only experience spirituality in meditations. Some even think that ‘true spirituality’ can only be lived and experienced after death. But this is not quite the case. As a being in program-one you switch between earthly and spiritual levels. This is absolutely normal!

You are at home in two worlds at the same time. The more you progress on the path of spiritual development, the stronger you will experience this. One day spiritual experiences will be as natural for you as eating and cleaning your teeth. The spark of spiritual awareness inside you will develop stronger which makes you become more and more the person who you really are. Without having to leave the earth – still in this incarnation – you will make an increasing number of out-of-body-experiences or spiritual experiences, as part of your earthly life.

Now you are consciously integrating spirituality in your everyday life. In the near future your earthly life and your spirituality will come together, being inseparably connected. One day you will gain your Mastery, leaving the circle of reincarnation. In fact as soon as you have experienced and learned everything that makes us human. HIGH SENSITIVITY, „WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK ABOUT ME IS NONE OF MY BUSINESS”

“What other people think about me is none of my business.” This quote from Wayne Dyer should remind us not to question ourselves so often. This is even more important for highly sensitive people. By being different, they are often subject to criticism, and rejection by their environment. Therefore, for them, it is all the more important to be true to themselves, go their own way, and trust their inner voice unconditionally.

Adaptation, at any price, can not only be painful for highly sensitive people, but may unnecessarily cost them a lot of energy and quality of life. After careful consideration as to why they are so sensitive – namely because they should bring new qualities into our world and our society – then we understand that adapting to the mainstream is exactly the opposite of their life plan.

REMAIN TRUE TO YOURSELF!

Therefore, my dear highly sensitive people: stay authentic and be proud of your special mission which brought you here on earth! If anything should really change for the better here, it needs a great deal of sensitivity, delicacy, patience, and love.

“Lo que los demás piensen sobre mí no me importa’’. Esta cita de Wayne Dyer debería recordarnos que no es bueno cuestionarnos tan a menudo. Esto es aún más importante para las personas altamente sensibles. Por ser diferentes, en ocasiones son objeto de crítica o rechazo en su entorno. Por ello, para estas personas, es muy importante ser sinceras consigo mismas y seguir su camino, seguir su voz interior incondicionalmente.

La adaptación, a toda costa, no solo puede ser dolorosa para las personas altamente sensibles, sino que también puede quitarles mucha energía y calidad de vida. Después de pensar cuidadosamente por qué son tan sensibles (quizá porque traen nuevas cualidades a este mundo y a nuestra sociedad) entonces entendemos que adaptarse a la corriente es exactamente lo opuesto a su plan de vida.

‘What the Earth’s increase of vibrational frequency has got to do with humanity’s change of consciousness’ An Angel message for you

‘Greetings, dear ones! We are the Angels group Akabesh, and just like KRYON we also accompany you through this time of the great transformation for which many of you have been waiting unconsciously for a long time! You are in the midst of a special phase of change and upheaval, which pushes the people on in their development and their expansion of consciousness and thereby brings them closer to their own divinity. And this at a terrific speed!

Many people do not always find it easy to keep pace with the changes, because they are still stuck in earthly thinking, actions and conduct. For them there is nothing besides the things they can see, touch or measure with earthly tools and methods. Everything else does not exist for them! This still holds true for the majority of you, and this will only change gradually.

KRYON is a powerful angel – full of kindness and love – who supports you intensively these days. He was already present on Earth when the planet was created, and he therefore knows very well how much you were looking forward to populating your new home. At that point of time, you were not human beings yet, in the sense of how you see yourselves today, but rather like ‘sparks of awareness’ inhabiting the human body. At the same time, you were still closely connected to the Divine Source, from which you had emerged. You were bound to the multidimensional knowledge of this source and therefore more like Gods than humans. Now you can understand where the term ‘deities’, which you only know from your myths and old legends today, comes from.

KRYON has been working together with other groups of angels for some decades in order to raise the vibrational field of Earth and also to re-align it. This increase of vibrancy gives rise to the change in awareness of you humans and functions as the trigger for the re-awakening of your spiritual and psychic abilities you have brought to the planet Earth with you. They were lying dormant deep inside you the whole time, and only now, in this time of the great transformation, do they surface increasingly.

However, KRYON does not work alone, but with millions of other angels and lightful beings. You have forgotten their names during your time here on Earth, but their energies are still very familiar to you, because they originate in the same source as yourselves. Viewed in this light, they are your ‘brothers and sisters’ from that source from which you emerged – back then when you first came to this planet. Therefore, you are of the same essence as them; the only difference is that you decided for a different order, namely to descend into lowly vibrating layers of consciousness and to make new, unknown experiences outside the Divine Source. In the process of doing so, you have completely forgotten who you are, because you were so preoccupied with your new learning experiences.

Now that you have nearly learned and got to know everything you once decided to learn and know, you are moving upwards – with the support of KRYON and other beings – into lightful layers. You are in the middle of this process and are wondering why you are developing more and more multidimensional consciousness and spiritual abilities just now. This is your answer! Be greeted!’
