“Greetings, dear ones! Both your human and family co-existence are constantly subject to change. While former times were mainly characterised by extended families and family groups, nowadays individuality, namely the way of life of every individual, is more and more foregrounded. To be embedded in a family or extended family might give you a feeling of solidarity, but you should not underestimate the fact that by doing so you heavily live in the energies and emotions of other people and thereby could be trapped inside your family structures. Therefore, it is necessary to find a healthy distance and to strike a balance between too much limitedness, closeness and dependence on the one hand and isolation and self-centredness on the other hand.

If problems that are connected to old patterns of behaviour, old roles or traditions happen to emerge in your life, take a step back and try to look at the situation from some distance. Try to make out whose theme is being acted out, if it is your own or if it originates in your family of origin. It frequently needs only one family member to come to a crucial realisation and change his/her perspective. Thereby, the morphogenetic field, i.e. this family’s field of consciousness, realigns itself; after all, all of you are connected energetically – and mostly also karmically. Thus, it sometimes only needs one person to pull the edge of the carpet so that it gets into the right position.

If the shoe fits, wear it! It does not always need big exterior ‘actions’, like family therapy or family constellations, because your consciousness is frequently already so high and at the same time sensitive that it reacts to every change. Be aware that you can change things both on a large and a small scale, realign structures and expand your consciousness merely by intending to do so. This can be actuated by means of meditation, through a reorientation of your personality or through conversations within the family.

Even if the other family members are not always able or want to understand that changes are necessary … if they are for the good of all and are considered to be important and indispensable by your spiritual helpers, then you will be supported from this higher plan. However, do not worry about how something like that could come to pass, just be ready! After all, while you are still pondering over them, the transformation processes are mostly already underway. We are always at your side!”

Hardly anybody today has NOT noticed that humanity is undergoing a huge transformation on many levels of consciousness.

It really pops up everywhere, with small things as well as with big things and we encounter it every day. Our world is not the same anymore – you only have to go back a few years to observe the drastic change that has come about and affects people all over the world. So, of course there is friction, because it is in the nature of the transformational process that things get stirred up – it most certainly isn’t just smooth sailing.

Concerning our physical bodies we can also notice that people are dealing with symptoms that, increasingly, cannot be treated anymore with traditional methods alone, or even alternative medicine, for that matter. This is the case when blockages and problems originate from a significantly higher frequency level of information. What we need to think about here is that such cases require a physician or a therapist that matches the consciousness of the patient, and, additionally, new spiritual tools that can complement any healthcare.

“At this moment in time, it is especially important that you develop and display a mental flexibility. After all, everything that has been good, right and significant up to now could be called into question by the intensity of the currently prevalent transforming energies. This particularly affects your old maxims and principles that have hitherto been important to you in your life. Now, all of them are put to the test and you are able to discern if they in fact still seem appropriate to you or if you merely adopted them without question and thought from somebody else and internalised them at some point of time.

This already brings us to the next point, namely accepting the opinion of others. You should realise and learn that other people’s opinion counts just as much as your own, even if it is absolutely contrary to yours. It is not about verbally prevailing over others, but about communicating what is important and near and dear to you in a loving way, while at the same time listening to and respecting your counterpart’s stance. You get to realise that there is not only one truth but that the so-called truth has many facets and aspects, which is why it is self-evident that yours only constitutes a partial aspect of it.

Do not struggle against situations that threaten to throw you off track and do not fight them. (We know that it is difficult for your human intellect to accept that!) Instead, try to accept and embrace them as best as you can. With this we do not mean that you have to put up with everything or give up hope, but that you should not rise up against the energies of the occasion. Consciously try to stay in the here and now and do not allow your thoughts to stray too far into the future. Endeavour to centre yourself again and again and only focus on your next step.

It may also be a great help to control your anxious and negative thoughts and to replace them with positive ones, even though this might seem unrealistic to you in the respective situation. But this has got nothing to do with sugarcoating or suppression, but it can actually help you to activate an undreamt-of potential in you.

Finally, we would like to remind you of the fact that we are always by your side! We, the angels and Ascended Masters. We knew of the special events of this time just as you did before you entered this life. You currently are in a very important phase of the spiritual ascension of humanity, which has already taken a positive alignment. Even if those changes are still superimposed by negative messages at this point of time: Be sanguine and maintain your confidence as best as you can! We are with you!”

“Greetings, I am Archangel Anthriel, and today I would like to give you new food for thought concerning breatharianism and light medicine. You people have concerned yourself with the phenomenon of light for some time, namely in the context of your human existence. Many of you have already realised that matter is nothing else than condensed energy, i.e. condensed light. Everything that exists around you consists of light, even though you may not be able to imagine that you can ‘touch’ light in the form of matter. But it is the reality, and you gradually figure out how it is structured and how it works. And as soon as you are willing to understand and accept that your physical world is a condensed subtle world, you will be able to benefit from this circumstance.

There are a few people who already subsist on light exclusively. Of course, they are called tricksters or liars and sneered at by the majority of people. Those sceptics, however, only bring the material level into focus and leave everything out of consideration that light can effect on the subtle level.

Reflect on this: what does your food actually constitute from a spiritual point of view? What do you think? Food is nothing else than a physical storage space for information like vitamins and minerals, which you humans need to survive. It is the information in those foodstuffs that ‘nourish’ your somatic cells and your DNA, not the food itself. If this were not so, you would not have to excrete both the solid and the liquid food again, because then your body would absorb and process the food fully.

Well, you are of the opinion that the food you take in is broken down and that the contents or messenger substances are absorbed by your body. It is true that they are broken down, they are segmented, but what your body ultimately needs are the subtle vibrations and information that the messenger substances contain. Of course, this also holds true for your vitamins and minerals, because they are also bound to physical carriers. However, in reality, all you need is the information, the impulses, or the vibrations of the vitamins and minerals, and not the pills and juices themselves as you know them, because they are only the means of transport.

Let’s go the extra mile. What do you think is meant by the so-called light medicine? It is nothing else than information for your somatic cells and your DNA. Homeopathy and bioresonance therapy follow a similar track. They as well use information for the body that merely exists in the form of vibrations, resonance patterns, or impulses for the somatic cells.

The higher your physical, subtle and light bodies vibrate, the higher ‘light food’ and ‘light medications’ need to vibrate in the future in order to have any effect at all. However, by vibration height we do not mean the potencies and high potencies you know from homeopathy, but the spiritual frequencies that are supposed to be stored in the light resources.

It is crucial in which dimension this information originates. If the light resources are derived from the plant our crystal world or if they only contain colour vibrations, they originate in so-called near-Earth dimensions. If they only contain pure light and universal love, they originate in ‘far-Earth’ cosmic, interdimensional worlds. That means, they originate in the lightful layers of the universe and thus in a very high level of consciousness. They exclusively contain spiritual information, as it is already contained in certain symbols and essences of the angels and Ascended Masters.

I hope that I have been able to explain to you these complex relationships intelligibly, because frequently putting interdimensional knowledge into simple human words also poses a challenge to us angels. Farewell!”
