HIGHLY SENSITIVE people are harbingers of a new species of human beings

“Greetings, I am the Ascended Master Adalah’. I was asked to give you some information on the subject of high sensitivity, as you call it. Well, many of you are still surprised at the fact that there are people among you who are more thin-skinned and more sensitive than most other people. Maybe you think of them as oversensitive and therefore not as easily integrable into society as many others. Where do you put your focus when you look at them? Is it really all about quantifiable performances with you human beings? Is it not high time that you rethink your values and ideals?

The highly sensitive among you are harbingers and members of a new species of human beings, which is spreading everywhere on Earth and of which we have been talking for a very long time. Maybe you imagined them differently, maybe you thought of them as something extraterrestrial. Well, that is not entirely wrong, after all you can take it that these highly sensitive people come from far away in the universe.

Many of the souls that reincarnate as highly sensitive people in your time and age are here by their own choice. After all, most of them have already left the wheel of reincarnation and could withdraw to a higher plane of the planet Earth if they wanted to. But they have come here of their own volition, because they wanted to serve humanity and Gaia. They are the ones you call indigo children or crystal children, and you frequently forget that they are not children anymore but have been grown-ups for a very long time.

If you want to give a new orientation to your life and your home planet Earth, you cannot carry on the way you used to. You know that too! It needs many people who live from their heart, who see more than just with their physical eyes, who think with more than their physical intellect and who do not let themselves be wedged in by apparent truths. Those you call highly sensitive have come to you and you are in the process of pushing them to the margins of society because they are not able to perform the way you are. As I have already said, performance can be defined in various ways …

But now I also want to address those who think that they are highly sensitive but who, in fact, are lazy and shy away from difficulties and challenges. Yes, they exist as well. I call them the highly sensitive copycats … they hide their laziness under the guise of high sensitivity and thereby cheat their way through life. But life will show them that they cannot escape responsibility.

Well then, you truly highly sensitive people, do not lose heart! Your life is not always easy and sometimes you need more energy than you have at your disposal. But always think about why you are here and why you have chosen this particular life: You are the pioneers that humanity needs in order to open itself up to the spiritual level of its being and in order to reconnect with your multidimensional wisdom.

Your world will not be saved through intellect, but through sensitivity, wisdom and above all the love that connects you with the universe. This is why you are here! And we with you! We, the Angels and Masters, love and accompany you! Be greeted, I am Adalah’, a Master of the Hathors.”

Las personas altamente sensibles son precursoras de una nueva especie de seres humanos

“Saludos, soy el Maestro Adalah’. Me han pedido que os dé información sobre el tema de la alta sensibilidad, como la llamáis. Aún hay muchos de vosotros que se sorprenden por el hecho de que haya personas que sean más sensibles que la mayoría de la gente. Quizá penséis que son excesivamente sensibles y que por eso no son tan fácilmente integrables en la sociedad como los demás. ¿Dónde ponéis el foco cuando los observáis? ¿Se trata solo de acciones cuantificables para vosotros los seres humanos? ¿No es hora de que os replanteéis vuestros valores e ideales?

Las personas altamente sensibles entre vosotros son precursoras y miembros de una nueva especie de seres humanos que está extendiéndose por el planeta Tierra y sobre la que llevamos tiempo hablando. Quizá los imaginabais diferentes, pensabais en algo extraterrestre. Bueno, esto no es totalmente falso después de todo, ya que las personas altamente sensibles vienen de una parte muy lejana del universo.

Muchas de las almas que reencarnan como personas altamente sensibles en vuestro tiempo están aquí por elección propia. Después de todo, muchos de ellos ya han abandonado la rueda de la reencarnación y podrían retirarse a un plano superior en el planeta Tierra si así lo quisieran. Pero están aquí por voluntad propia, porque querían servir a la humanidad y a Gaia. Son aquellos a los que llamáis niños índigo o niños cristal, y a menudo os olvidáis de que ya no son niños y que hace tiempo que son adultos.

Si queréis dar una nueva orientación a vuestra vida y vuestro hogar, el planeta Tierra, no podéis seguir como hasta ahora. ¡Eso también lo sabéis! Hacen falta personas que vivan desde el corazón,  que vean con algo más que los ojos físicos, que piensen más que con su intelecto físico y que no se amolden a las verdades aparentes. Aquellas personas a las que llamáis altamente sensibles han venido a vosotros y estáis en proceso de empujarlas al margen de la sociedad porque no son capaces de actuar como los demás. Como ya he dicho, actuar puede definirse de varias maneras…

Pero ahora también quiero dirigirme a aquellos que piensan que son altamente sensibles pero que, realmente, son perezosos y huyen de las dificultades y desafíos. Sí, también existen. Los llamo los ‘altamente sensibles falsos’. Esconden su vagancia bajo el disfraz de la alta sensibilidad y así van por la vida engañándose a sí mismos. Pero la vida les mostrará que no pueden escapar de la responsabilidad.

No obstante, aquellos que sois altamente sensibles de verdad, ¡No os desaniméis! La vida no siempre es fácil y a veces necesitáis más energía de la que tenéis a vuestra disposición. Pero pensad siempre en por qué estáis aquí y por qué habéis elegido esta vida: sois los pioneros que la humanidad necesita para abrirse al nivel espiritual del ser y para reconectar con vuestra sabiduría multidimensional.

Vuestro mundo no se salvará con el intelecto, sino con la sensibilidad, la sabiduría y sobre todo, con el amor que os conecta con el universo. ¡Para eso estáis aquí! ¡Y nosotros a vuestro lado! ¡Nosotros, los Ángeles y Maestros os amamos y acompañamos! Mensaje de los grupos de ángeles Eloiah y Akabesh

¡Toma tu vida en tus manos!

“¡Saludos, humanos! Estáis viviendo tiempos que os suponen un reto, lo que hace que os quejéis y lamentéis algunas veces, muchas de ellas con buenos motivos, ya que la vida humana en la Tierra no siempre es fácil. Nosotros los ángeles tenemos un profundo respeto y veneración por vosotros, ya que os observamos y acompañamos durante vuestra vida. Y a veces nos preguntamos cómo manejaríamos nosotros las dificultades que la vida tiene reservadas para vosotros y que vosotros mismos tenéis reservadas también. Como sois ya muy conscientes, habéis elegido vuestras tareas de aprendizaje vosotros mismos, cuando aún erais almas que residían en un plano superior, mucho antes de esta encarnación.

No obstante, permitid que nos detengamos en el tema de la autocompasión, de vuestras quejas y de la conmiseración con vosotros mismos. La próxima vez que penséis en vosotros mismos como pobres víctimas a las que la vida y otras personas juegan malas pasadas, echad un vistazo más en detalle a vuestra situación: ¿qué hay detrás de todo ello? ¿De verdad tenéis que sentiros víctimas? ¿Por qué adoptáis el papel de víctima? ¿Por miedo, cobardía, conveniencia o porque os educaron para adoptar ese papel? Mirad la situación con más detenimiento. Dejad de quejaros, protestar y lamentaros y haced una lista de por qué llegasteis a esta situación. ¿Qué quiere la vida de vosotros? ¿Qué significado más profundo hay en esto?

Imaginad que os crecen alas y que os permiten cambiar vuestra perspectiva de modo de que podáis ver a vuestro alrededor y vuestra situación actual desde arriba. ¿Qué podéis ver desde esta perspectiva de pájaro? Seguramente no solo a vosotros mismos y vuestro aprieto, sino también las cosas que os llevaron a él. Y quizá lo que haya detrás de esta situación. Observad más en detalle y tomad conciencia de lo que se supone que debéis aprender de ella.

Ahora regresad a vuestro punto de partida y pensad de nuevo: ¿queréis seguir quejándoos? ¿Queréis seguir pensando en vosotros como víctimas? ¿Aún queréis sentir autocompasión? ¿O preferís decir: ¡Hasta aquí hemos llegado! Tomo mi vida en mis manos y hago frente a los hechos, admito mi parte en este problema?

Aunque no tengáis una influencia directa en las circunstancias, podéis, al menos, intentar aceptar la situación tal y como es. Las quejas y la autocompasión os debilitan, no os llevan a ninguna parte. Si no hay otra forma, entonces sentaros en un rincón durante un cuarto de hora para quejaros, gritar, llorar y enfadaros…, no obstante eso debería ser todo. Haced acopio de vuestro poder divino, centraos en un desenlace positivo para la situación y conectaros con nosotros los ángeles. Veréis que pronto seréis capaces de dejar atrás vuestra autocompasión y recuperar vuestra fuerza. Estamos con vosotros. Pertenecemos a los grupos de ángeles Eloiah y Akabesh.’’

“Take your life into your own hands!” An Angel message for you

“Greetings! We are two Angels from the Angel groups “Eloiah” and “Akabesh” speaking in their behalf. You are currently going through challenging times, which cause you to complain and whine sometimes. Frequently with good reason, because the human, earthly life is not always easy. We angels have deep respect and veneration for you, because we watch you and accompany you through your life. And sometimes we ask ourselves the question how we angels would deal with the difficulties that life has in store for you … and that you have in store for yourselves. As you are well aware, you have chosen your learning task on your own, at a time when you were still souls residing on a higher plain, long before your current incarnation.

But let us dwell on the subject of your self-pity, your complaining and your commiseration with yourself. Next time you think of yourselves as the poor victims on whom life or other people play dirty tricks, have a close look at your situation: What is behind it? Do you really have to feel like a victim? Why do you play the role of the victim? Out of fear, cowardice, convenience or because you were raised to play that role? Have another very close look. Suspend your complaining, your whining, and your lamentations, and make a list of why you got into this situation. What does life demand from you? What is the deeper meaning of it?

Imagine that you are growing wings and that they enable you to change your perspective in a way that you are able to view your surroundings and your current situation from above. What can you see from this bird’s-eye perspective? Probably not only yourselves and your plight, but also the things that led up to it. And maybe also the things that are behind this situation. Look closely and make yourselves realise what you are supposed to learn from it.

Now return to your starting point and think once again: Do you still want to keep complaining? Do you still want to think of yourselves as victims? Do you still want to pity yourselves? Or do you prefer to say: There is an end of it! I take my life into my own hands, I face up to the facts, I admit my own share in this problem?

Even though you do not have a direct influence on the circumstances, you can at least try to accept the situation the way it is. Complaints and self-pity tend to weaken you, they do not get you anywhere. If there is no other way, then sit down in a corner for a quarter of an hour and complain, scream, cry and rage … but that should be the end of it. Pool your divine power, focus on the positive outcome of the situation and connect yourself with us angels. You will see that you will soon be able to leave behind your self-pity and regain your strength. We are with you. We belong to the angel groups Eloiah and Akabesh.”

The New Age

It is becoming more and more evident that at present humanity is undergoing a powerful process of change, whether it is in politics, in business, in ecology, socially, in health matters, in education or in the lives of individuals. No stone remains in place. This process of change, appears to be accelerating from year to year, is shaping our lives. Some fear this change and yet others welcome it.

There are different ways of looking at these far reaching changes. We see scientific, sociological, historical, spiritual and esoteric explanations. The central and key statement however always remains the same.

Solar Flares Accelerate Frequencies

Astrophysical research has shown that solar disturbances release enormous amounts of gas into space. These coronal eruptions thrust the gas, also known as plasma, at a speed of several million kilometers per hour into space. The special property of this rapidly moving plasma is that it is electrically charged.
As soon as these charged particles impact the earth’s atmosphere they induce magnetic storms and polar lights. They change the magnetic field of the earth and thus affect all living beings. It has been scientifically proven that even individual cell structure changes.

From a physical point of view the increasing solar activity has been triggering extensive changes in the human brain as well. A number of studies have shown a correlation between geomagnetic activities and a deterioration of memory function or concentration. La Nueva Era

 

Cada vez está más claro que la humanidad atraviesa actualmente un proceso de cambio. Da igual que se trate de política, economía, ecología, sociedad, salud, sistema educativo o de la vida de cada uno: no queda títere con cabeza.

Este proceso de cambio que impregna nuestras vidas, aparentemente con mayor velocidad cada año, es temido por algunos y bienvenido por otros. Para este cambio profundo existen diferentes enfoques. Para ello hay explicaciones científicas, sociológicas, históricas, espirituales o esotéricas, aunque el mensaje principal sigue siendo el mismo.

Las Erupciones Solares Generan una Elevación de la Frecuencia

Los astrofísicos han investigado que tras las erupciones solares se arrojan por todas partes tremendas cantidades de gases. Estas “eyecciones de masa coronal” proyectan los gases, también llamados plasma, a una velocidad de millones de kilómetros por hora hacia el espacio. Lo especial de este plasma es que tiene carga eléctrica.

Lemurian Goddesses Symbols healed guilty feeling about abortion

“Hello Ingrid, I want to share with you the experience one of my patients made with your Lemurian Goddess Symbols. Ana is a woman of 32 years. Eleven months ago, she was pregnant and did not feel ready to have that child, so she decided to have an abortion. Only her boyfriend and she knew about it, they did not tell anyone else.

It is two months ago that she first came to me. She came to me because she was feeling really angry and aggressive, but also lost and unhappy all the time. She was also having problems with her facial skin, which was getting all red, for which she was treated by a dermatologist.

We began to work with each other, and I was getting deeper inside her in each session, using crystal healing, Theta Healing, Qigong, focussing, and all that was needed, which varies from session to session, as you know.

Three weeks ago, she told me about the abortion (we meet once a week), we worked on healing, forgiveness, acceptance, and the whole emotional aspect. The ultimate relief came last week when we used the Lemurian Goddess Symbols. The fact is that Ana would really have loved to be able to tell her mother about what she had done and receive her support, love and forgiveness, but she comes from a very religious family, and she thinks they would never accept that their “perfect daughter could have done such a thing”, so she was not ready to tell them about the abortion.

I asked Ana if she would like to use the Lemurian Goddesses Symbol Cards to ask her line of ancestors to forgive her, give her strength, etc. She agreed.

We did some breathing, relaxing, and conscious preparation for some minutes. Sitting in a chair, she picked some cards: one for herself, one for her mother, one for her grandmother, one for her great grandmother and one for the unborn child. Then I asked her to lie down on the massage table, while I put on some angel music. With closed eyes, she relaxed, and I asked her to place the Lemurian Goddesses Symbol Cards intuitively on her body. I guided her through a meditation to connect with the present, past, and future of her body. I do not remember all the words I used or even the whole meditation. But what happened was simply beautiful. Her whole female line of ancestors was there, women from all kinds of places, times and cultures, forming a circle around her, all dressed in the traditional costumes of their culture, performing a dance, singing around her. I clearly saw them. Words came out of my mouth, guiding Ana so she could connect with all of them, their strength, their love, their support, their forgiveness, their courage. She cried gently while experiencing, feeling and receiving.

Towards the end of the meditation (it lasted about 20-25 minutes), she told me that she had seen her great grandmother, whom she had known. Her great grandmother had talked to her, had given her words of admiration for who she is as a woman and forgiveness and had told her that she comes from a line of strong women that endured a lot in the course of their lives and that she is strong and wise enough to go through all of this. Ana felt that a big weight was lifted off her body, she even felt that the unborn child forgave her. She felt clean in her feminine organs and ready to receive another baby when the right moment comes (she felt dirty before, guilty, with no sexual appetite, she did not feel worthy to receive a child and was not able to experience pleasure). She was full of love after the session and deeply thankful.

Yesterday, when she came to the session, she told me that the previous session with the Lemurian Goddesses Symbol Cards had been the most important one for her. She also told me that she really felt that a huge weight had been lifted off her body and that a big step had been taken. She really feels everything is clean inside her regarding the abortion, she has made her peace with it, she also really forgave herself, and she even feels more confident now. It was a big leap. Our work has achieved a lot, and she has more self-esteem now, she is also more in tune with what she feels, and she does the things she wants to do, and not things other people want her to do. She is putting aside that “perfect, gentle Ana everyone takes for granted”, and she is beginning to be who she really is, without being in a rush, but she is still doing it. That session initiated a huge healing and recovery process in her whole cell system.

Mensaje del Arcángel Anthriel

De energía de luz, alimentos de luz y medios espirituales de luz

“Saludos, Yo soy el Arcángel Anthriel. Vosotros los humanos os habéis preocupado por el fenómeno de la luz desde hace un tiempo, en relación con vuestra existencia humana. Muchos de vosotros ya os habéis dado cuenta de que la materia no es nada más que energía condensada, es decir, luz condensada.

Todo lo que existe a vuestro alrededor se compone de luz, y todo lo que os constituye, también. Es difícil de imaginar que vuestros cuerpos, así como todos los objetos que podéis tocar, son luz en forma de materia. Esta es la realidad, también la Ciencia lo está descubriendo cada vez más.

Tan pronto como estéis dispuestos a comprender y aceptar que vuestro mundo físico, es un mundo sutil condensado, seréis capaces de beneficiaros de esta circunstancia. Los primeros signos ya son visibles.

Hay también algunas personas que ya subsisten exclusivamente con luz. Todavía son llamados mentirosos o tramposos y la mayoría de la gente se burla de ellos. Estos escépticos sólo perciben a nivel de lo físico y no cuestionan su visión humana fuertemente limitada, en caso contrario chocarían con  la dimensión de la luz y de la alimentación de luz.

¿Qué creeis que son vuestros alimentos en realidad? ¿Son también energía y nada más que unos espacios de almacenamiento físicos para información que vosotros necesitáis para vivir? ¡Exactamente! Así que lo que necesitáis no es el alimento físico en sí mismo sino que es la información y las vibraciones, que están almacenadas en la comida y en las células del cuerpo y en vuestra alimentación ADN.

Vosotros sois de la opinión, que la comida se descompone en vuestro cuerpo, como si sólo se asimilasen los ingredientes y sustancias. Se desglosan, pero lo que necesita vuestro cuerpo, al final, son en realidad las vibraciones sutiles e información contenidas en los alimentos. Esto es especialmente cierto en el caso de las vitaminas y los minerales. También están unidos al soporte físico, aunque en realidad sólo se necesita su información, impulsos o vibraciones, pero no como vosotros lo conocéis en forma de glóbulos, pastillas y jugos.

Vamos a ir más allá. ¿Qué es lo que se entiende por la denominada medicina de la luz? No es nada más que información para vuestras células somáticas y vuestro ADN. La homeopatía y la terapia de biorresonancia ya van en esta dirección. Éstas, también utilizan la información para el cuerpo, que sólo existe en forma de vibraciones, patrones de resonancia o impulsos de las células somáticas.

Cuanto más alto vibre vuestro cuerpo físico, sutil y espiritual, mayor será la vibración que deberán tener la ‘comida de la luz’ y la ‘medicina de la luz’ para seguir teniendo algún efecto. Bajo frecuencia vibracional no nos referimos a las potencias y altas potencias de estas terapias alternativas de hoy, sino más bien a la frecuencia multidimensional y a la información que están almacenadas en los recursos de luz.

Es fundamental entender en qué dimensión se origina esta información. Si los “recursos de luz” derivan del mundo de las plantas o de los cristales, o si sólo contienen las vibraciones de los colores, que se originan en las llamadas dimensiones cercanas a la Tierra. Si sólo contienen pura luz tienen origen en las dimensiones interdimensionales’ lejanas de la Tierra’. Llega del universo, de una dimensión con un nivel más alto de conciencia y contiene exclusivamente información espiritual.

Depende de vosotros reconocer, cada vez, más la diferencia entre tratamientos alternativos lejanos y cercanos para utilizarlos con prudencia y eficiencia.

A Message of Master Lady Gaia

Stride powerfully through rough times!

“Greetings, I am Lady Gaia. Some of you class me with the Ascended Masters, but this classification is not entirely correct. Because I am no master in the traditional sense, but rather the ‘energetic mouthpiece’ between Earth and you humans. You live on her and are inextricably linked with her energies. Without her, you would not be able to exist on Earth. But also Gaia needs you, because your consciousness and your energies are synergistically linked with hers.

Therefore, if you increase your human vibrations, the vibrating frequency of the planet Earth, i.e. Gaia’s vibrating frequency, will increase likewise. In this context, this increase of vibrational frequency also involves an increase of consciousness, as well as the generation of multidimensional spiritual abilities like telepathy, channeling, spiritual healing, activation of the 12 DNA layers, and many more. After all, the higher your vibrating frequencies become, the more steps you take in the consciousness and transformation process. That is the big plan.

But the message I want to convey to you today is something different: Gaia feels and senses all information and vibrations emanating from you humans, both the good ones and the burdening ones. That also pertains to your environmental problems, like the exploitation of available resources, the destruction of rainforests or the pollution and contamination of seas, lakes and rivers.

Gaia senses your fears which typically surface in times of upheaval and realignment, but also your aggression and your discontent or your anger. But of course she also reacts to the positive energies of light and love that are emanating from more and more people and are still going to emanate from them.

Therefore, my advice: Maintain your inner equilibrium and return to it if you have lost it due to challenges! Balance yourself out again and again! Focus on the positive, the unique and the beautiful in your life. Believe in the good in people and in a positive future, because it is changeable after all.

The more of you who work on remaining internally stable or returning to their inner equilibrium again and again, the stronger and more powerful the light on your planet will become and the more strongly and powerfully it will spread.

Gaia is incredibly strong – how else could she have survived until today, after all the mischief humanity has done her? But do not exploit her brazenly by using and destroying her for your economic interests! Instead, connect with Gaia’s power in order to realign yourselves as spiritual beings, to straighten yourself and come out of this time of upheaval and change strengthened and powerful.

Never before was the spiritual world with such a strong and loving presence at your side! Repeatedly schedule time-outs for yourself, meditate or withdraw from your daily routine and the noise of life from time to time. Then you will be able to feel Gaia’s immeasurable power and strength. Because she is your power potential at the same time!

You are connected with Earth and everything that exists! Above and below, internally and externally. You know this wise saying. It has not lost validity yet; make yourself realise that again and again. Gaia carries and nourishes you, physically and energetically, materially and spiritually. Connect with her and the many other high beings so that you can stride powerfully through rough times. You will be able to sense Gaia’s powerful and at the same time very calming energy. And I am at your side as a mediator, if you like. I am Lady Gaia! Be greeted!”

BE CONFIDENT AND FEARLESS!

The new year has begun, and we have left the old one behind us. Many of us felt it as unsettling, worrying, destabilizing, or unusually demanding. Yes, it needs a lot of strength to stay balanced. Strength and confidence are important attributes of the Ascended Master Martha who we can connect with, whenever we seem to get unbalanced. Here is a message from her:

“Greetings! I am Martha! Human life is sometimes tiresome and troublesome. You are increasingly faced with the feeling of being stuck in a dead-end. You came here on earth as souls to make certain experiences, and learn in a human body. I know that you keep hearing this, but even so, I repeat these words. They give you the chance to get realigned.

When you lie on the ground and cannot raise your eyes, or look ahead, you will find it hard to stand up. Therefore, at least, try to change your view in difficult circumstances, where you feel trapped.

Time and space are human illusions, just like the view of life. What you can see are human aspects of life. They deliver a very subjective and limited picture of what life actually means: a defined field which gives you the chance to recognize your possibilities, your limits, and your potential.

Think of little children! How often do they put one block on top of the other to build a tower which keeps collapsing. But children hardly ever give up. They try, again and again, until one day they take on the behaviour of resigning and frustrated adults. They give up prematurely, and do not have any more energy, or pleasure, in finishing a challenging situation.

Believe me, I know what I am talking about! As an Ascended Master I have gone through various lives, and, just like you, I have been confronted with situations which make you scared, resigned, angry, sad or desperate. You probably know my incarnation as Martha, together with Mary Magdalene. But this was not my only life. Through many incarnations I was able to develop a strong fighting nature, but remain soft and loving at the same time. I was leading groups and often incarnated as a man. I had to train courage and confidence, as these were one of the most important learning tasks in my former lives.

Therefore, I ask you, not to turn your eyes back into the past which you cannot change, and not too far into the future which is yet to come. Instead, try to focus on the here and now, on challenging situations which desire your strengths. And do not get distracted by the outside. Remain in your strength, and do not waste your energies on inattentiveness, excuses or laziness. Because ultimately you will simply not get around your learning topic.

An intense time is lying ahead of you which you can create actively, and which you should enjoy. It provides an abundance of new possibilities in living your life. Look ahead and go on with courage and fearlessness. I would like to remind you again that you are never alone. Give me your hand whenever you feel anxious and discouraged. I will hold it until you stand firmly on your feet again. I am on your side in love! I am Martha!
