Many women are still expected to concentrate on satisfying the needs of not only immediate but also extended families. Without consciously being aware of it, they are directed by emotions, rooted in their clans, and connected with their first, and particularly their second, female chakra.

This energy centre is situated in the area of the uterus. Therefore, we must not be surprised that many women suffer from health problems connected with their reproductive organs.

The second chakra has to do with relationships. First of all, the relationship with ourselves, and secondly, the relationship with others. At the same time, this chakra is an energy centre which reacts to the quality of relationships, and everything that is emotionally closely-connected to us. Therefore, it not only reacts to burdens within our family and our circle of friends, but also to our financial situation and lack of financial security.

Girls have often been pushed by their clans to look for wealthy partners who can provide financial security for them, and sometimes even their family. They sacrifice love, the foundation of a partnership, for material security or a better social status.


  • “You must not marry below your financial level.”
  • “Take care that your partner is able to offer you financial wealth.”
  • “Financial security is more important than love/fidelity.”
  • “Children are part of a marriage. That’s it!”
  • “In a family the man is the most important person.”
  • “It is your fault if your husband is unfaithful/drunk/addicted to gambling.”
  • “Women belong to their children.”
  • “Well. He is a man. Don’t get aggravated if he…”
  • “Forget about your dream job. Be realistic!”
  • “Instead of wasting your time with knitting/painting/singing, find a hobby that we can all benefit from.”
  • etc.


Uterus and ovaries are our most important organs in the area of the second female chakra. Metaphorically, they represent a creative space, which, for example, gives birth to our children. But we do not only give birth to our children, in a figurative sense we give birth to so much more. We can reveal our creativity with baking, knitting, painting, dancing, singing, and writing.  Conclusions, new ideas, and inner wisdom, originate from there.

We women are often educated in a way that we assimilate the problems of our family members (second chakra), or we care for sick and old members of the family tirelessly. We often take on others’ big burdens and make them our own. As a result of our education we refuse to see that this often happens against our will. However, our body and soul often react.

“Habéis estado moviéndoos en una espiral de consciencia durante algún tiempo. Podéis compararlo con una escalera serpenteante que os llevará a alturas desconocidas e increíbles.

La pregunta es: ¿estáis realmente preparados/as para ello?

You are here to bring light into the world

“You have been moving upwards in a spiral of awareness for some time. You might compare it to a winding staircase which may lead you to unknown and incredible heights.

The question is: are you really ready for it?

The energies of the New Age are pushing and pushing, getting stronger and more intense. Those who object to these energies and fight against them, will falter. This is the main reason for all the turmoil in your world right now.

It is the old energy, sticking on you like liquid resin, deterring you from thinking ahead. Many people are already on the way, but the majority of the earth’s inhabitants have not even made the initial step.

This will not change in the next few months, as this process takes its time. Therefore, try to understand that the weeks ahead might be turbulent, inside and outside. Be ready!

Everything that needs change, but is held back by you, creates some sort of energy whirl. You are running in circles, things are turned upside down, but you still feel like treading in place.

What use is this information for me and my life? some of you might wonder.


  • be prepared when these energy whirls come, and do not be scared,
  • stay – as well as possible – aligned, even if it gets rocky in the outside,
  • do not try to hold on, but let yourself flow on the waves until the storm has quietened,
  • let go of whatever does not belong to you any longer, and
  • if you feel energetically taken apart (some of you are just going through this experience), then connect with the spiritual world, trying to remain quiet and confident. Because what you are going through right now, serves your re-orientation and re-calibration.

Cuando ser ALTAMENTE SENSIBLE se vuelve normal

Alguna gente piensa que el tema de ‘‘ser altamente sensible’’ es una nueva moda… Otros, en especial los a los que afecta directamente, se sienten aliviados de que su ‘‘ser diferentes’’ por fin tenga un nombre y de que ya no están solos. Porque muchas personas desconocen que entre el 15 y 20 % de la población nace altamente sensible (si quiere saber si pertenece a este grupo, pulse aquí). Me atrevería a decir que hay más personas altamente sensibles de lo que pensamos. No obstante, empecemos por el principio:

En Francia, Elaine N.Aron está considerada entre los expertos como la descubridora de la alta sensibilidad. La psicóloga ya en 1991 se percató de que muchos de sus clientes, que buscaban ayuda y consejo, mostraban los mismos patrones de conducta que ella. Obviamente estaban en las mejores manos. En los últimos años, el conocimiento sobre la alta sensibilidad se ha extendido, de modo que en librerías se pueden encontrar estantes llenos de libros sobre este tema.


Como en otras áreas de la vida, también hay diferentes puntos de vista sobre la alta sensibilidad. Empecemos por la perspectiva humana-terrenal (yo la denomino “programa uno” o perspectiva de la rana):

Elaine N.Aron explica la alta sensibilidad como una sensibilidad aumentada a los estímulos. Esto no solo se refiere a los sentidos de oído, vista y tacto. La diferencia se encuentra en algún lugar entre los nervios y el cerebro o en el cerebro mismo, en el procesamiento de la información. [2]

Dejemos esta explicación y observemos a una persona altamente sensible desde una perspectiva diferente, la perspectiva de pájaro o “programa dos”. [3]


También en los años noventa, el medium estadounidense Lee Carroll recibió los primeros mensajes del mundo espiritual que hablaban sobre la llegada de un nuevo ser humano. Hablamos sobre los llamados ‘‘niños índigo’’, que muestran una personalidad y pautas de comportamiento muy fuera de lo común y que solo se habían visto antes en pocas ocasiones.

Muchas de sus características son las mismas que las de las personas altamente sensibles. Los niños índigo son sensibles, les afectan los ruidos, son delicados, sienten las enfermedades o estados de las otras personas o leen su pensamiento, están estrechamente conectados con el mundo espiritual, etc. Además, en general no suelen comportarse según lo que se espera de ellos, al menos según las expectativas de los adultos.


Es parte de su plan de vida no adaptarse y empujar a los adultos fuera de sus zonas de confort. Esto suena provocador, pero en este artículo corto no puedo entrar en detalles. Además de su alta sensibilidad, socavan las viejas y obsoletas normales sociales son su forma de ser que no se adapta.

Por desgracia, los adultos malinterpretan el comportamiento de los niños índigo (igual que el de los niños cristal) como un comportamiento negativo perturbado o travieso. Por lo tanto, estos niños en ocasiones tienen que sufrir las consecuencias el resto de su vida.

Los precursores de estos niños ya nacieron en las últimas décadas del siglo XX y por ello, no es ninguna sorpresa que haya tantos adultos altamente sensibles. Estoy convencida de que muchos de ellos tienen las características típicas de los niños índigo. Con su forma de ser diferente también confrontan a su enforno y fuerzan a cuestionar lo que es ‘‘normal’’ o no lo es… lo que debería cambiar en nuestra sociedad y lo que no.


Los niños y adultos altamente sensibles necesitan un alto grado de comprensión, pero también necesitan herramientas especiales que les ayuden a levantarse de donde están. A saber, a un nivel vibracional mucho más elevado que en el que vive el resto de la gente.

Por ello, no me sorprende que los efectos de mis herramientas espirituales, como los símbolos y esencias energetizadas, se ‘‘comprendan’’ y perciban mejor por las personas altamente sensibles que por las personas con una sensibilidad normal. Sobre todo, la Esencia Angelical para el Aura Protección Energética que proporciona una barrera energética para el día a día.

Muchas personas altamente sensibles revelan que no podrían sobrevivir en el mundo de hoy en día con todos los desafíos energéticos y cargas sin esta esencia. Y estas energías negativas no irán a menos en el futuro, sino todo lo contrario.

When being HIGHLY SENSITIVE becomes normal

Some people think the topic of being highly sensitive has become a new hype… Others, particularly the ones who are affected themselves, feel relieved that their being different has got a name at last, and that they are not alone. Because most of us do not know that 15 to 20 per cent of people are born highly sensitive (if you would like to know whether you belong to this group, then click here). I dare say that there are a lot more highly sensitive people than we think. However, let us start at the beginning:

In France Elaine N. Aron is considered among experts as the discoverer of high sensitivity. The psychologist already recognized in 1991 that many of her clients, who came for help and advice, showed the same behaviour patterns as herself. So they were obviously in the best hands. In the last years, the knowledge about high sensitivity spread, so that in bookshops you can find shelves filled with books on this topic.


As in other areas of life, there are also different views on high sensitivity. Let’s start with the human-earthly one (I call it ‘programme one’ [1] or the frog-perspective):

Elaine N. Aron explains high sensitivity by an increased sensitivity to stimuli. This does not only appeal to the sense of hearing, sight and/or touch. The difference is somewhere on the way between the nerve and the brain, or in the brain itself, the processing of information. [2]

Let’s leave this explanation and look at a highly sensitive person from a different perspective, the bird’s-eye view, or ‘programme two’. [3]


Also in the nineties the American medium Lee Carroll received the first messages from the spiritual world that there was a new type of man coming. We are talking about the so-called Indigo children, who show very unusual personality and behaviour patterns, and could only be occasionally be found before.

Many of their characteristics are congruent with ones of highly sensitive people. Indigo children are thin-skinned, sensitive to noise, delicate, feel other people’s conditions, or read their thoughts, are closely connected to the spiritual world, etc. In addition, they mainly do not behave according to expectations, at least to adults’ expectations.


It is part of their life plan to be so unadjusted, to push adults out of their comfort zone. This sounds quite provocative, but in this short article I cannot go into detail. Besides their high sensitivity, they undermine old encrusted, and obsolete social norms with their being not adjusted.

Unfortunately the behaviour of Indigo children (as well as Crystal children) is often misinterpreted by adults as negative disturbed behaviour or mischief. Accordingly these children sometimes have to suffer the consequences for the rest of their lives.

The forerunners of these children were already born in the last decades of the 20th century, therefore, it is not surprising that there are already so many highly sensitive adults. I am strongly convinced that many of them show typical characteristics of Indigo children. With their being-different they also challenge their environment, and force it to question what is ‘normal’ and what is not… what should be changed in our society, and what should not…


Highly sensitive children and adults need a large degree of understanding, but they also need special tools which pick them up from where they are. Namely, a much higher vibrational level than the rest of the people live in.

Therefore, I am not surprised that the effects of my spiritual tools, such as the energized symbols and essences, are better ‘understood’ and perceived by highly sensitive people than normal sensitive ones. Above all, the angel aura essence Energetic Boundary which provides an energetic barrier in everyday life.

Many highly sensitive people report that they could not survive in today’s world with all its energetic challenges and burdens without this essence. And these burdening energies will not get less in the future, on the contrary.

High Sensitivity


Capsule Wardrobe. And again I have learnt a new word! It is always really amazing for me, and admirable as well, what people come up with. Therefore, I like the idea of a minimalistic wardrobe very much, which, at the same time, aims for sustainability. To have a so-called Capsule Wardrobe means, to manage with less clothing, but nevertheless, to be always well-dressed. And eventually it is about not getting lost looking for the 115th item of clothing in your wardrobe.

I honestly have to admit that I have not tried it myself, but for a few years my focus on buying clothes has clearly been: less is more!


The fashion blogger Caroline Joy Rector ( suggests composing a capsule wardrobe for each season, consisting of 37 items. Namely:

_ 15 tops

_ 9 trousers or skirts

_ 9 pairs of shoes

_ 2 jackets

_ 2 dresses

In addition, handbags, accessories, jewellery, pyjamas, sportswear. Caroline recommends wearing this Capsule Wardrobe for three months, combining the different items, and no shopping. She has even provided a special capsule builder app and a capsule wardrobe planner online for download.


FIRST: Before you start composing your own capsule wardrobe, you need plenty of time and leisure to think about the choice of items of clothing:

_ Do I spend most of the time with children (at home, at the playground, in the kindergarten)?

_ Does my place of work require a business outfit (for example banking, insurance, commercial representation)?

_ Do I spend most of my time in work clothes (as a doctor, midwife, nurse)?

_ Do I work online from home?

_ How often do I have appointments with dress-code?

SECOND: For your capsule wardrobe you define your colour scheme, such as:

_ two (neutral) basic colours, for example, black, dark blue, grey, or brown

_ two contrasting colours, for example, pink and turquoise, and

_ white or light beige.

THIRD: Totally clear out your wardrobe! Only underwear, socks, swimwear and sports gear, as well as accessories (belts, jewellery, bags, scarves, gloves, hats) are allowed back in the wardrobe.

FOURTH: Now you sort the clothing items according to four priorities, labelling them appropriately:

_ ‘FAVOURITES’: clothes you love wearing all the time, which are not too big or too small.

_ ‘MAYBE’: things you do not want to be separated from because they are connected with pleasant memories, or they were very expensive.

_ ‘GET RID OF IT’: clothes you want to sort out (donate them, give them away as presents, or sell them at flea markets, or in vintage stores).

_ ‘NOT NOW’: things you like to wear, but are not appropriate for the current season. They go into a drawer, or a separate part of the wardrobe, waiting for their use in the relevant season.

FIFTH: Eventually you put the ‘FAVOURITE’ pile back into the wardrobe; everything else is stored away.  You only choose from this pile in the next three months.

SIXTH: Briefly before the end of the season, you start planning for the next one. Planning three months in advance can only be a guideline, of course, as the weather is not always respectful of the seasons. But we could divide the year into spring (March to May), summer (June to August), autumn (September to November) and winter (December to February).

SEVENTH: You do not have to stick to it rigidly. If it is 38 instead of 35 items per season, it is okay. Maybe you find a new favourite piece during the season which replaces another one. The main thing is that you only buy things that fit in the ‘FAVOURITE’  pile. And you should have fun doing so. And keep remembering: Less is often really more!

10 pasos para mujeres que desean desarrollar su potencial en algún momento

¡Quien no arriesga, no gana! Esta no es una revelación nueva, sino la oportunidad perdida de muchas experiencias inspiradoras, cambios necesarios e importantes pasos hacia delante.

La vida sin riesgos calculables resulta aburrida, como un insípido caldo sin sabor.                     Y la originalidad de la vida pasa ante ti mientras eres incapaz de tomar decisiones por tus dudas o desánimo.

¿Dónde estás en tu vida actual?

¿Hay quizá en tu vida algunos pasos valientes esperándote? ¿Qué te parecen las siguientes preguntas para un breve momento de reflexión?

  • ¿Consideras tu vida una carrera de obstáculos?
  • ¿Estás haciendo frente a una decisión que temes y con la que no quieres comprometerte?
  • ¿Pones en marcha tus deseos y sueños?
  • ¿Actúas muy impulsivamente porque pensar demasiado te da miedo?
  • ¿Sueñas con aventuras que nunca sucederán?
  • ¿Dejas decisiones importantes sobre ti o sobre tu vida a otras personas?
  • ¿Tiendes al pesimismo?

Es importante escuchar a tus sentimientos al tomar decisiones. Pero ten en cuenta lo influenciables que pueden ser los instintos por miedos artificialmente construidos.

Las observaciones de las personas a tu alrededor pueden angustiarte o inquietarte.                       Estas personas no tienen suficiente valor y no quieren que camines tu camino con determinación y que tomes decisiones con valentía porque ellas mismas son incapaces de hacerlo.

¡No te engañes! Igual que los músculos, el valor se entrena.

Cómo abandonar la trampa del desánimo:

  • Si eres emocionalmente insegura y no sabes lo que correcto o incorrecto, toma tus decisiones racionalmente.
  • Obtén mucha información antes de hacer cambios significativos en tu vida.
  • Toma las oportunidades de cambio que la vida te ofrece y no las dejes pasar delante de tus ojos.
  • No solo prepares un plan A, sino también un plan B (e incluso un plan C).
  • Si te sienes insegura, da pequeños pasos que te aproximen a tu objetivo.
  • Aprende a distinguir entre los pensamientos racionales e irracionales que pueden influir negativamente en tu decisión.
  • Date cuenta de que no hay vida sin riesgos, a menos que quieras pasar el resto de tu vida en la cama (e incluso ahí puedes sentir claustrofobia).

¡Quien no arriesga, no gana! Pero si eres valiente, paso a paso te volverás más confiada, sufrirás menos estrés mental y verás tus objetivos más claramente y en algún momento los alcanzarás por tu fuerza de voluntad aumentada. Y así llegará el día en el que hayas olvidado aquello que te atemorizaba.
