HIGH SENSITIVITY: “What other people think of me is none of my business”

“What other people think of me is none of my business.” This statement by Wayne Dyer is intended to remind us that we should not question ourselves too frequently. This especially holds true for highly sensitive people. Due to their felt “otherness”, they consistently meet with hurtful criticism or rejection. This is why it is all the more important for them to stay true to themselves, to go their own way and to trust to their inner voice unconditionally.

Adjustment at all costs can not only be very painful for highly sensitive persons, but can also waste their energies and life quality. And when you think of why they actually are highly sensitive – namely because they bring new qualities into our world and into our society – then you will come to the conclusion that adjustment to the mainstream would be a complete disregard of their life mission.

STAY TRUE TO YOURSELVES!

Therefore, my dear highly sensitive people, remain authentic and be proud of the special mission with which you have come to Earth! After all, if anything is to change for the better here, it requires a lot of tact, sensitivity, patience and love.

Stay true to yourselves! And if you need support in doings so, seek it from METATRON! This Ascended Master gives you courage and accompanies you even on very unconventional paths through life.

TESTING FIVE COMMON BELIEFS ON SUSTAINABILITY

Paul H. Ray, Ph.D. and Sherry Ruth Anderson, Ph.D. say that in the United States there are 50 million people whose views, values and lifestyle have drastically changed. They think in an ecological and planetary way. They are aware of the importance of relationships, and a female view of things. They emphasize their spiritual and psychological development, do not have a high regard for the great institutions of modern life, including political parties (left and right), at the same time rejecting materialism and status symbols. This is 26 per cent of the adult population in the U.S.A. In the early sixties, less than five per cent of the population had undergone this transformation. According to Ray and Anderson, a very similar process is taking place in Europe.

Yes, a global shift of awareness is on the increase, although our environment is unfortunately still mistreated. However, it is always a welcome sign for me when I discover articles on sustainability in women’s magazines. Then I really know that the message is spreading via mass media. I was inspired by an article in the magazine BRIGITTE.DE 20/2016 which I would like to share with you.

FIRST BELIEF: PAPERBAGS ARE MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY THAN PLASTIC BAGS

Plastic bags, which are made using valuable oil, consist of long-lasting synthetic material. This material is not naturally degradable. As a result, huge amounts of rubbish and small plastic particles end up in the oceans, eaten by fish and marine animals. They either die a cruel death, or are subsequently eaten by us.

However, paper bags are not the ideal solution either. Paper degrades more quickly and easily than plastic, but needs much more energy resources during production (according to Thomas Tischer, German environment aid), namely electricity, water and also chemicals.

It would be sustainable to simply use your own bag for shopping.

SECOND BELIEF: THE CONSUMPTION OF TOFU AND SOYA DRINKS DESTROYS THE RAIN FOREST

It is true: we consume a lot of soya resulting in the destruction of rain forest. But this is certainly not due to vegetarians and tofu-sausage-lovers, but is more the result of the steaks on your plate, and the salami on your bread. Because the majority of German soya imports are fed to cattle, pigs and poultry, as there is not sufficient farmland (for example in Germany) to grow protein plants. The fodder soya, which is, by the way, predominantly genetically modified, comes from the former rainforest areas. Only 2 % of soya is used to produce tofu and co.

It would be sustainable to buy animal products (if at all) of organic quality, from the farmer, or at the market. Ecological farming restricts the number of animals to the land available.

It would be even better to eat more vegetable protein which we do not only find in soya but also in many other different grain types, such as beans, peas, lupines or lentils.

THIRD BELIEF: OLD HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES CAUSE POLLUTION

Yes, it is true: older fridges, dishwashers or washing machines are energy-wasters compared with modern household appliances. In the early nineties, a dishwasher consumed more than twice as much energy as an energy-efficient current model. The conclusion for environmentally-conscious customers is: if I swap the old one for a new one, I save money and protect our climate. Unfortunately, it is forgotten that also the production of appliances consumes resources. The shorter the life of devices, the higher environmental pollution! Therefore, save up money for a high-quality appliance. This strategy has paid off in my case. My washing machine has been happily working for me for the last 15 years without one single repair. And I hope it will continue for some time more!

It would be sustainable to use technical devices as long as possible, even if they consume more electricity and water. Do not constantly replace smartphones and computers with the latest models.

FOURTH BELIEF: FRUIT AND VEGETABLES SHOULD ONLY BE BOUGHT FROM YOUR REGION

Fresh fruit and vegetables, from the surrounding region, do not only taste better, but are also climate-friendly. Energy-consuming transport, and long storage times are eliminated. But: if you buy fruit and vegetables out of season (shortly before a new harvest), you are better off with products from overseas. Why? Fruit and vegetables are transported by ships which produce less carbon dioxide than local products, which have to be stored in refrigerated warehouses for weeks and months. With every week and month of storage the energy balance gets worse.

It would be sustainable to do without exotic fruits, out of season, as they have to be transported by planes. That apart we should buy fruit and vegetables only when they are in season in the region, to avoid long storage periods.

FIFTH BELIEF: A WASHING MACHINE’S SHORT PROGRAMME SAVES ENERGY

Unfortunately, the short washing programme only saves time, but not energy. On the contrary: more electricity and water are consumed per kilogram washing, than with the normal washing programme. Choosing the eco-programme saves energy, as the temperature is kept lower. After all, the heating up of the water in the machine needs the most energy during the washing process. In this mode, the washing takes longer, but saves a third of the energy.

It would be sustainable to wash everything in eco-programme, unless you suffer from allergies. Only if you are allergic to house-dust, or suffer from fungal disease or diarrhoea, should you use the normal programme, at 60°C.

¡SAL DEL MIEDO!¡DIRíGETE HACIA EL 2018!

En el cambio de año, hay algunos pesimistas que desean hablar incluso más alto que durante el año para así soltar sus miedos y preocupaciones. Sí, vivimos tiempos turbulentos, caracterizados por inestabilidad y acontecimientos inesperados. No obstante, no tiene sentido que nos dejemos paralizar por el miedo y la preocupación. ¡Todo lo contrario!

¡Los tiempos de inseguridad necesitan personas seguras!

Todos podemos contribuir al realinearnos interiormente y teniendo una mirada positiva sobre el futuro. La humanidad ha estado viviendo un gran proceso de transformación en los últimos años. Las cosas se pondrán patas arriba, pero después la luz vencerá a la oscuridad. Estoy plenamente convencida de ello y ¡así lo siento!

GET OUT OF FEAR! MOVE STRAIGHT INTO THE YEAR 2018!

At the turn of the year, some pessimists wish to speak even louder than during the year, to get rid of their fears and worries. Yes, we are living in turbulent times, characterized by instability and unexpected events. However, it does not make sense, freezing in fear and panic. On the contrary!

Insecure times need secure people!

We can all contribute by inner realignment and a positive view into the future. Mankind has been undergoing a great process of transformation in the last few years. Things will be turned upside-down, but eventually light will win over darkness. I am truly convinced of this. In this sense!

Mensaje de Navidad: Sé un faro en la oscuridad

Christmas Message: Be yourself a lighthouse in the dark!

When the lighthouse strikes its light, it does not measure the storm. It does not judge the storm. It does not say to itself, “I must understand where this is all going” before it shines the light. All it knows it that it was built to endure darkness, mighty wind and the waves that will crash endlessly over its structure. It’s not afraid, either. It doesn’t know when the storm will end, how powerful it will become, or the reasoning behind its creation. All the lighthouse knows is that it’s safe, and that it must shine a light in the darkness to help others find the safety of the harbor. It never questions how it became light, either, but it knows who it is, and what it’s for.[1]

Cómo la Virgen María pudo dar a luz a un niño 

Los teólogos cristianos denominan a la concepción de Jesús la ‘‘concepción por medio del Espíritu Santo’’ y al nacimiento de la Virgen María ‘‘el nacimiento de una virgen’’. Algunos versos del Nuevo Testamento consideran estos hechos uno de los mayores milagros de Dios. Yo creo en muchos de estos planteamientos, pero no en todos.

En esta relación es importante saber que los evangelios del Nuevo Testamento fueron escritos para difundir un mensaje evangélico (del griego eu-angelos = ‘‘difundir buenos mensajes’’), y no uno histórico. Los investigadores de la religión afirman incluso que en aquellos tiempos los evangelios tenían ‘‘un gran afán propagandístico’’. Teniendo en cuenta esto, parece plausible que los evangelios no fueran escritos para recopilar acontecimientos históricos para la posteridad. Además, algunas partes de la Biblia han sido en ocasiones malinterpretadas o (de forma inconsciente) mal traducidas.

En textos antiguos, a la Madre María se la denomina almah. La palabra semítica almah, que se tradujo como ‘‘virgen’’, simplemente significa ‘‘mujer joven’’. Su significado no guarda ninguna relación con la virginidad física. Por ello, para la Madre María, es totalmente posible ser una almah y al mismo tiempo la esposa de José.

Como esposa de un matrimonio dinástico (José no era carpintero, su trabajo también se tradujo de forma errónea), María estaba sometida a ciertas reglas. Tuvo que vivir un periodo de prueba como esposa, sobre el que hablaré en futuras entradas de mi blog. No obstante, las reglas eran estrictas y solo permitían la concepción de hijos en fechas fijas.

La visión católica de este asunto se basa en el hecho de que María fue virgen toda su vida, y por ello se la venera como la ‘‘Virgen María’’. No obstante, los evangelios1 no mienten sobre el hecho de que Jesús no fue su único hijo, algo que hace de la virginidad física de María algo aún más difícil de creer. Incluso si ella concibió a Jesús por medio del Espíritu Santo, y no por medio de un acto sexual, uno se plantea cómo pudo dar vida a otros hijos. Es difícil de creer que María concibió a todos sus hijos por medio del Espíritu Santo. Esto hace pensar en que la Iglesia tiene un problema con la moral sexual en general y con las mujeres en particular.

How Virgin Mary could give birth to a child

Christian theologians call the conception of Jesus through the Holy Spirit and the birth through the Virgin Mary ‘Virgin birth’. Some verses in the New Testament declare this fact as one of God’s great miracles. Well, I do believe many things, but not everything.

In this connection one ought to know that the gospels of the New Testament were written to deliver an evangelic (Greek: eu-angelos = ‘delivering good messages’) message, not a historic one. Religious researchers even say that in those days the gospels served ‘enthusiastic propaganda purposes’. Considering this aspect, it seems plausible that the gospels were not written to record historic events for posterity. In addition, some parts of the Bible have often been misinterpreted or (out of unawareness) incorrectly translated.

In ancient texts Mother Mary is referred to as almah. The Semitic word almah, which was translated as ‘virgin’, only means ‘young woman’. Its meaning is completely unlinked with the physical virginity. Therefore, for Mother Mary, it well may be the case she is an alma and Joseph’s wife, at the same time.

As the wife of a ‘dynastic husband’ (Joseph was no carpenter; his job title is also based on an incorrect translation) Mary was subject to certain rules. She had to undergo some sort of trial period as a wife, which I would like to expand on in a later blog. However, the rules were strict, and only allowed the conception of children at certain fixed dates.

The Catholic view is based on the fact that Mary was a virgin throughout her life, as she is venerated as ‘Virgin Mary’. But the gospels1 do not make a secret of the fact that Jesus was not the only son, which makes Mary’s physical virginity even more incredible. Even if she conceived Jesus through the Holy Spirit, and not through a sexual act, one wonders how she gave birth to other children. It is hard to believe that Mary conceived all her children through the Holy Spirit. It makes one think that the church has a problem with sexual morals in general, and women in particular.

How NICODEMUS can heal your 5th female chakra

It is sometimes claimed (usually by men!) that we women have a more pronounced need to talk than men do. However, I know men who talk at least as much as we women do, if not more;-)! But it is not necessarily the length of a conversation, but the content that counts. Even if we women like to chat about handbags, TV, or mascara, we also have just as many conversations about personal feelings, and experiences.

However, there are still many women amongst us who have never learnt to talk about their feelings, or needs. Since their childhood, they have carried on their family’s way of thinking without questioning it. These beliefs might be based on the following dogmas:

_ Women should not protest!

_ Women should swallow unpleasant things!

_ Women should not talk about themselves!

According to statistics it is easier for women to talk about feelings than for men. And what is important to them is more often discussed with a friend, than a partner. Many women also find it easier to stand up for others than for themselves. As girls they used to hear that their opinion is not worth listening to.

AS A WOMAN YOU MIGHT HAVE HEARD OR READ SENTENCES LIKE THIS…

  • “Hold your tongue!”
  • “Don’t be so cheeky!”
  • “Only speak when spoken to!”
  • “Nobody is interested in your opinion.”
  • “Don’t be so curious!”
  • “This is none of your business.”
  • “Do not bombard me with questions!”
  • “Women’s talk! It’s only idle chatter!”
  • “Life is not a request programme.”

WHAT HAS THIS GOT TO DO WITH THE 5th CHAKRA?

The fifth chakra is located in the area of the larynx, or the thyroid gland, which causes problems for a lot of women. Symbolically, and energetically, this chakra stands for the natural need to express oneself, and to say what is important.

Women, suffering from an overactive thyroid gland, often have problems standing up for themselves. They often talk quietly, and can hardly make themselves heard.

The throat chakra also stands for the inner life plan which we have brought into this life. If we deviate too much from it, by not expressing and living our true feelings, talents, wishes or desires, we can feel the effects in our fifth chakra. Therefore, excessive will, stubbornness, or fixations, can cause thyroid problems.

As long as we fight against our life, against a higher will or power, it can have negative effects on other areas of our body in the long term. A typical message would be: “I do what I want, no matter what my body says!”

  • on the emotional level through talking therapy, family settings, kinesiology, astrological sessions, etc,
  • on the mental level through positive thinking, mental training, etc.
  • on the spiritual level through transformation of karmic blockages, or oaths with the help of spiritual tools

The Gospel of MARY MAGDALENE

We are living in a time where darkness is once again rearing up vehemently against the increasing power of light. Long-fostered secrets come to light, assaults on women, which have been kept secret, are denounced in the media. And it is becoming harder to hide knowledge that was not meant for the public.

I am particularly thinking of those traditions which have been portrayed as the only truth by religious organisations for a long time. Their unchallenged claim is starting to crumble.

However, as soon as something unexpected is revealed to the public – such as the GOSPEL OF MARY MAGDALENE – it is immediately placed into the realm of blasphemy, fantasy and esoteric nonsense. What has not officially existed over such a long period of time, is simply impossible. It might even have influenced religious historiography as far as questioning the truthfulness of the Bible.

When the American theologist Karen L. King went public with her sensational discovery of the old papyrus scrolls in 2012, I was sure that the ‘Gospel of Mary Magdalene’ would not be recognized and accepted. (I will say more about it in my next blog in this series).

However, more and more information on Mary Magdalene is emerging, mostly in the psychic way. Whereas it has been possible for the powerful to let important information and truth disappear from the dark times of the past up to our times, now, in the time of the great transformation, these pieces of information cannot be manipulated any more. At the most, the Mary Magdalene opponents call them pure fantasy. But whoever sincerely seeks the truth, will find it in the heart.
