How MARY MAGDALENE can heal your 4th female chakra

‘Women who love too much’ is the title of a world-bestseller. I am not surprised that the book has been read by so many people. It seems to be a typical female characteristic to love too intensively, and get lost in a relationship. But, can anyone love too much?

Many women lose themselves in a partnership, and would give anything to be accepted and treated equally in return. They keep waiting for years for equal love in their partnership! Love on equal terms. However, as reports about sexual and sexist assaults show, gender equality has still not reached everybody.

WHEN HEART AND SEXUAL CHAKRA ARE CLOSED

The fourth energy centre in a woman’s body lies in the area of her heart and her breasts, and is called heart chakra. Energetically it is closely connected with the second chakra, the sexual chakra. Whereas the uterus is sometimes called the ‘lower heart’, the physical heart in the chest is called the ‘upper heart’. If one of the chakras is hurt, it has a negative effect on the other.

If a woman experiences abuse, incest or rape, she usually closes her heart, and her heart chakra.  Due to disturbed sexual morals, which are still wide-spread in our society, and are passed on from one generation of women to the next, a lot of women close their second chakra, and therefore cut themselves off from their sexuality or their erotic needs. They have learnt that good girls are non-sexual. Inhibited moralists still speak about the bad or dirty female sexual organs.

AS A WOMAN YOU MIGHT HAVE HEARD SENTENCES LIKE…

  • “And if thou’rt unwilling, then force I’ll e”
  • “Wives must be sexually available for their husbands at any time.”
  • “Don’t talk about love, I just want sex.”
  • “Don’t get upset about this little affair.”
  • “You should not dress so sexy.”
  • “We will never get divorced, no matter how bad our marriage is.”
  • “I feel bad in the relationship but I have to endure it because of the children.”

WHAT HAS THIS GOT TO DO WITH THE FOURTH CHAKRA?

Female disorders in the area of the heart chakra can often arise when a woman does not exactly know how to combine her love energy (energy of the fourth chakra) and her creativity, or the wish to express herself and be completely herself (energy of the second chakra). There might be an additional inner conflict, caused by a belief pattern that she is only worthy of love, when she is needed, and able to give what others need. This applies both for the care level (job, household, cooking, etc.), and also the sexual one.

Women who do not care at all for their own inner needs but are mainly involved in activities for the family, who do their jobs cheerlessly, or provide sex on demand, run the risk of imbalance in their energy system. After feeling extremely obliged to meet other people’s needs for years, feeling guilty because they have not always been able to meet other people’s expectations, these women may slide into an illness.

TYPICAL TOPICS CORRESPONDING WITH THE FOURTH CHAKRA:

  • living in a loveless partnership
  • remaining in a ‘dead’ partnership
  • preferring suffering to divorce
  • not being taken seriously as a woman
  • submissive/serving role in the partnership/family
  • being mean to oneself
  • feeling as a sex object
  • sex against one’s own wishes/needs

THE HEALING OF INJURIES OF THE FIRST FOUR CHAKRAS

During long years of practice doctor Christine Northrup has discovered that it is very important for women to talk to someone about their problems and unfulfilled needs. This person, who could be a friend, sister, therapist or doctor, should listen closely and take her statements seriously. With many women healing can only start after someone else confirms the injuries suffered. This means, the woman has to hear the sentence, “Yes, this really happened!” from someone else, before she admits that she has been really hurt. Women tend to suppress what has happened, for example, with the words, “It was not so bad after all that he…”. Only after permission to recognize the pain, or the fact that they live in an unhappy relationship, can they accept the need for change and healing.

The following table (after C.N. Shealy and C.M. Myss, The Creation of Health, 1983) shows what disorders can be related to a weak fourth female chakra:

Organs mental and spiritual areas possible physical disorders
Fourth chakra heart/lungs

HOW CAN THE FOURTH FEMALE CHAKRA BE BALANCED AGAIN?

As with all the other chakras there are different ways of strengthening and rebalancing the fourth chakra, such as:

  • on the energetic level through physical exercises or yoga
  • with the help of body-energy-work
  • with the help of meditation
  • on the emotional level with talking therapy, family settings, kinesiology, astrological advice, etc.
  • on the mental level through positive thinking, mental training, etc.
  • on the spiritual level through transformation of karmic blockages or oaths with the help of spiritual tools.

MARY MAGDALENE was neither a sinner nor a prostitue, but beloved wife of Jesus.  In our times she supports you as an ASCENDED MASTER if you have problems with emotional injuries or with your partnership. Her high vibrating energies can help you not to lose yourself in a partnership, but to live with your partner at eye level (this also applies to business relationships and friends).

To heal your 4th female chakra, you can integrate my energized Master Symbol of MARY MAGDALENE , or my energized Master Aura Essence MARY MAGDALENE  in your daily life, or your therapy session.

Mary Magdalene

How MARTHA, sister of MARY MAGDALENE, can heal your 3rd female chakra

Some women literally feel powerless, without any own power. It is because they have never learnt to stand up for their own needs. Therefore, they are incapable of granting themselves permission for their own actions and decisions.

Whereas the first female chakra has to do with grounding and balancing, but also with imprints from the clan, the second female chakra with emotional securities, creativity and children, the third female chakra is about personal power and self-authorization. The energy centre is above the navel, and is also called the solar plexus. When we are nervous or scared, we feel an unpleasant tension in the stomach area around the navel chakra (which it is also called).

WOMEN WERE DEFINED BY THEIR COOKING SKILLS, HOUSEKEEPING AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN!

For centuries a woman’s personality was entirely judged on whether and how they were beneficial to others, and how they were able to find their place within the family unit. Therefore, a lot of women were only judged on their domestic duties and motherly qualities, and as a result, treated accordingly. They were normally not allowed to live their individual personality. And if they did, only hidden from public view.  I do not think I need to comment on the effect this had, and still has, on the collective female self-worth

AS A WOMAN YOU MIGHT HAVE HEARD OR READ SENTENCES LIKE…

  • “Women belong to the children/in the kitchen.”
  • “Women do not need to learn a job.”
  • “Women should not interfere in family affairs.”
  • “Women do not need hobbies. They should rather take care of raising the children.”
  • “He is the master of the house.”
  • “Men are responsible for finances.”
  • “Men bear responsibility for the family.”
  • “Men know better what women need.”

WHAT HAS THIS GOT TO DO WITH THE THIRD CHAKRA?

Strength and weakness of the third female chakra are connected with performance and competence, inferiority and immaturity. And, of course, with our own rights. This means that we women (as well as men) must have the power of making decisions regarding ourselves and our lives. Whereas, on the other hand, we must not give voluntary or involuntary permission to others, to make decisions for us and on our lives.

Former generations of women were content with the aim in life of serving others, and to subordinate themselves to the other members of the family, including their needs. Therefore, many women were not supported in their families of origin to live self-determined lives, develop and express their talents.

TYPICAL TOPICS CONNECTED WITH THE THIRD FEMALE CHAKRA:

  • external control
  • not living one’s self-empowerment
  • lacking trust
  • lacking self-worth
  • powerlessness
  • subservience
  • abuse of power
  • serving role

SHAME AND FEMALE SEXUAL ORGANS

Another women’s problem is shame which can have a burdening effect on the three bottom chakras. This may be connected with religious moral beliefs which generally see sexuality, and particularly female sexual organs as dirty or immoral.

These belief patterns have been integrated into the ideas of morality of families and clans over centuries. They have been seen as irrevocable fact and passed on from generation to generation as the ‘sole truth’. In the meantime, this shame has already been saved in the morphogenetic field of women. It will require a great deal of information to get them out of this.

The following table (after C.N. Shealy and C.M. Myss, The Creation of Health, 1983) shows the disorders that can correlate with a weak third female chakra:

organs mental and spiritual areas possible physical disorders
third chakra stomach area

upper intestinal area

liver, gall bladder, kidneys

pancreas

adrenal gland

spleen

central spine

accusations

guilty feelings

problems with sexuality, money and control in partnerships

power/control in the physical world

arthritis

stomach and duodenum ulcers

problems with colon/bowels

inflammation of pancreas

diabetes

chronic and acute digestion problems

HOW CAN WE REBALANCE THE THIRD CHAKRA?

Just as with all the other chakras, there are various ways to strengthen and balance the third chakra:

  • through physical exercises on the energetic level
  • with the help of body-energy-work
  • with the help of mediation
  • on the emotional level through talk therapy, family settings, kinesiology, astrological sessions, etc.
  • on the mental level through positive thinking, mental training, etc.
  • on the spiritual level through transformation of karmic blockages or oaths with the help of spiritual tools, e. g. my channeled spiritual symbols and essences

Mary Magdalene

Why you can rely on MARTHA in challenging situations

Mary Magdalene and her Companions (part 03/21)

MARTHA is called an ASCENDED MASTER who accompanies you on the spiritual level as a luminous being. Her energy is powerful, giving you courage, perseverance and stamina.

The BIBLE mentions her as Martha of Bethany, sister of Mary Magdalene. Maybe they were really related, or maybe they were only ‘spiritual sisters’ who have gone through the same initiations. In Kathleen McGowan’s novel ‘The Expected One’ Martha is described as Mary Magdalene’s sister in law.

When both women arrived with family and friends in the south of France (which is not described as such in the Bible), after Jesus’ crucifixion, MARTHA lived in a place which is today called Tarascon. In the church, which is dedicated to her, you can take a look at the crypt. This was supposedly built on the spot where MARTHA’s house stood.

It was a natural thing for Martha to fearlessly support her sister Mary Magdalene and her children on their escape from Israel to Egypt, and on the journey from there to the south of France. She also helped her in spreading Jesus’ teachings in the south of France.

As Ascended Master MARTHA offers her help when you

  • have lost your confidence and optimism
  • need mental, emotional or energetic support
  • others unsettle you
  • feel overloaded or jaded
  • feel unbalanced
  • want to develop a greater lack of fear, or

want to overcome your limitations.

To get in close contact with MARTHA’S and MARY MAGDALENE’s energy, you can integrate the Master Symbol MARTHA, energized by her, in the form of a symbol card or the energized Master Aura Essence MARTHA into your everyday life or your therapy and body work.

The symbol, energized by MARTHA, as well as the energized Aura Essence work on the quantum level in the subtle-spiritual body, the chakras, the morphogenetic field, and in the multidimensional DNA-layers. They dissolve energy blockages in the present, the past and in former lives.

Mary Magdalene

Why Notre Dame was originally dedicated to Mary Magdalene

NOTRE DAME in Paris is dedicated to Mother Mary – this is at least the official version. However, once you have developed a deeper interest in Mary Magdalene, you find out that most of the great cathedrals in Europe were originally dedicated to her and not to Mother Mary, such as Notre Dame in Paris, or the cathedral in Chartres, and many other churches in Europe.

But… why?

What has happened?

Why Mary Magdalene was taken away from Jesus’ side

On my spiritual journeys through the south of France I could clearly see what a strong impact Mary Magdalene has made and still makes on this region.

Up until the 12thand 13thcentury she had the undisputed position by Jesus’ side in the belief of the people of the Languedoc and the Provence, and she was his undoubted successor.

Only few people are aware of the replacement of Mary Magdalene, including her teachings which came directly from Jesus. She was not only his wife, but also the first apostle, who should have become his successor instead of Paul.

Mary Magdalene spread Jesus’ teaching in the south of France

Jesus assigned Mary Magdalene to spread his word in the south-western Europe of today. She carried out her mission with infinite patience and love, supported by many friends and members of the family who accompanied her to the south of France. Part of the group went on to England later, to act there.

Even then this was a thorn in the side of the Church of Rome. Jesus’ teaching said that everybody should look for, and walk their own spiritual path, finding God within oneself. This can be read in the Gospel of Mary Magdalene from the 5thcentury whose content, however, is questioned by the church.

Mary Magdalene and her companions already had then a lot of followers, and it was from her teachings that the religion of that time developed in France (and also because of Joseph of Arimathea in England at the same time).

The church did not like Mary Magdalene’s traditional role

From then up to now the church has disliked the fact that Mary Magdalene was recognized as an equal partner of Jesus. The ecclesial dignitaries decided in the 12thand 13thcentury to relentlessly delete the knowledge about Mary Magdalene’s role and her teachings. The crusades against the Cathars, which aimed to destroy Mary Magdalene’s teaching in the broadest sense, are a stain upon history.

The church consciously replaced Mary Magdalene with Mother Mary. Not Jesus’ wife and companion should get all the attention, but his mother.

The knowledge about Mary Magdalene started to fade

The knowledge about Mary Magdalene faded more and more over the centuries. Now in the time of great transformation the truth is gradually revealed. More and more people feel the energy of Mary Magdalene, and do not allow church authorities to tell them what to believe in.

We need them both, Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene, as both Ascended Masters offer their loving energies for mastering challenges in our time:

A motherly and a feminine energy,

a protecting and encouraging one,

a soothing and nonconformist one.

The two Ascended Masters would never compete with each other. It was us who allocated them to a certain place in history. But now the time has come to rethink whether these places are still appropriate, or whether we can or should look at the two Marys from a new perspective.

The time has come! Their time has come! And so has ours!

Mary Magdalene

Sarah Tamar’s loving energies for your Inner Child and the Children of the New Age

MARY MAGDALENE & HER COMPANIONS (no. 02/21)

SARAH TAMAR, the daughter of Mary Magdalene and Jesus is now called an Ascended Master. She accompanies you on the spiritual level as a luminous being if you want to heal your inner child, or understand better and accompany the children of the New Age. She is also a wonderful support if you work on the effects of miscarriage or stillbirth.

She is not mentioned in the Bible at all because the existence of a daughter of Mary Magdalene and Jesus would equal blasphemy. However, traditions and channelled information say that SARAH TAMAR travelled to the south of France together with Mary Magdalene and other members of the family, where she lived for decades.

As an Ascended Master SARAH TAMAR offers her help when

  • you want to heal your inner child
  • you want to work on your childhood
  • you do not want to pass your unpleasant childhood patterns on to your children
  • you want to improve/heal the relationship with your child
  • you accompany/look after children
  • you want to understand the children of the New Age better
  • you want to get in contact with an unborn child
  • you want to work on a miscarriage/stillbirth
  • you want to listen to your heart more
  • you should shed emotional dependencies.

*** *** ***

To get a closer connection with the energies of Sarah Tamar, you can integrate the energized Master Symbol of SARAH TAMAR, or the energized Master Aura Essence SARAH TAMAR in your daily life, or your therapy session.

Both the symbol and the Aura Essence, energized by Sarah Tamar, work on the quantum level in the subtle-spiritual body, the chakras, the morphogenetic field, and the multidimensional DNA layers. They dissolve energy blockages from the present, the past, and former lives.

Mary Magdalene

What were Mary Magdalene’s demons all about?

In Luke’s Gospel it is written that there were also a few women among Jesus’ followers, “… who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out…” (Luke 8,2). At least this is the official version of the church which has stubbornly survived as the ‘truth’ over all the centuries up to the present.

We need to know that the group of Essenes, which Jesus belonged to, used certain words as codes so that the Romans could not understand their messages and gospels.

For example the term ‘the blind’ was used for people who did not follow the right path.

The word ‘lepers’ described people who were not born into a higher social class, or were even excluded from it.

The ‘poor’ were not economically underprivileged members of society, but people who held higher ranks, but due to religious rules, had to give up all their earthly possessions.

Therefore, the term ‘demons’ is not to be taken literally. At the heyday of Qumram the name Mary (Mirjam) was not just a name, but a high title. Women with this name, held special offices in their spiritual society. For instance, they were trained in the art of healing or led liturgical ceremonies for women.

All the Marys were bound to celibacy and were subject to the authority of the supreme scribe. At the time of Mary Magdalene this was Judas Iscariot who was also called the ‘seventh daemon priest’.

Before Mary Magdalene married, she was released from celibacy by the daemon priest. And this is where the saying that ‘seven daemons came out of her’ comes from. Only afterwards she was allowed to have physical contact with her husband, according to very detailed rules. But this is something I will talk about another time.

Mary Magdalene

What Mary Magdalene’s alabaster jars are all about

You might have noticed that artists often portray Mary Magdalene with a jug, or some kind of jar. In this connection, we often talk about an alabaster jar which might not have been one:

“While he (Jesus) was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.” (1)

An alabastron (Greek alabastros), as quoted in the passage from the Bible, can be made of all sorts of materials. It is a high, narrow container without a lid, either sealed or closed with a plug, with two handles on the side for holding it.

Why the alabaster jar is so much worth mentioning

At the time of Mary Magdalene there were the so-called ‘dynastic marriages’ where the bridegroom was anointed by his bride. It is interesting in this respect to know that Mary Magdalene was a member of the Hasmoneans whose family tree goes back to Aaron, the brother of Moses. Jesus’ line of ancestors goes back to King David. This is why he held a high position in society because of his origin.

Once you try to get more detailed information on this topic, you keep coming across the fact that Mary Magdalene was a so-called Hasmonean princess whose social status made her the perfect woman for Jesus to marry.

Only the bride was allowed to anoint the bridegroom

The anointing of Jesus by Mary Magdalene emphasizes this position, as in those days in society only the bride was allowed to anoint the bridegroom. Married women had a vial with oil round their neck in order to give their husband the last anointment after his death. Everybody can decide for themselves why Mary Magdalene went into Jesus’ tomb, and what she did there.

In visual arts Mary Magdalene’s jar was portrayed as ‘the alabaster jar of Bethania’, containing anointing oil for Jesus, but at the same time it was a symbol for the Holy Grail which supposedly contained Jesus’ blood.

The Holy Grail – Mary Magdalene’s womb?

Jugs, pots and cauldrons have always been female symbols in art. Therefore, the containers Mary Magdalene has been portrayed with, stand for the womb where she kept the blood of Christ. Many writings talk about Mary Magdalene bringing the Sangréal, the Holy Blood in her body to the south of France, meaning Jesus’ descendants.

A provocative thesis? As long as we think of a golden chalice when we hear the word Sangreal, this idea will not find space in our heads and hearts.
